SVKMs NMIMS Refund Policy
NMIMS Refund Policy after NPAT Results: SVKMs NMIMS has started UG admission process based on NPAT scores. Candidates who have been allotted a seat are required to pay the admission fee as mentioned in the offer letter generated considering performance in NPAT exam. Candidates who may get a better college allotment or plan to opt out of the NMIMS admission process will get a refund as per the NMIMS refund policy. Such candidates need to cancel admission in the previously enrolled institute, followed by participating/qualifying in the NPAT counselling and paying the admission fee to get enrolled. NMIMS 2026 Fee Structure
SVKM’s NMIMS currently has eight campuses situated across India. Fee structure varies across courses and campuses/schools. The table below mentions the campus-wise fee for UG courses offered through NPAT.

NMIMS Refund Policy 2026
NMIMS follows the refund rules as released by the Universities Grants Commission in October 2018. In the event of any change in the refund policy designed by UGC, NMIMS will also amend the refund policy followed at the affiliated institutes.

NOTE: Caution money and security deposit are refunded in full
In case of a 100% fee refund, NMIMS will deduct 5% of the processing fees subject to a maximum deduction of Rs 5,000. The fee refundable amount shall be based on the important dates of the course.
Commonly asked questions
NPAT exam dates are released in the admission handout. Candidates are advised to keep track of the NPAT important dates to avoid missing a deadline for NPAT registration and exam scheduling.
Soon after filling the NPAT application form, candidates get access to a window for NPAT exam scheduling, also known as NPAT slot booking. Candidates who have submitted the NPAT application form can access the exam scheduling window. The exam scheduling window helps candidates choose a desired exam date, venue and time to take NPAT. The exam scheduling window of NPAT exam is available at the applicant login portal that was used for registration process.
Candidates must take an informed decision while choosing an exam date as SVKMs NMIMS will not provide any rescheduling window.
SVKMs NMIMS has been conducting NPAT exam for UG courses, including BBA admissions. NPAT full form termed by NMIMS is National Test for Programs After Twelfth. NPAT exam is accepted by NMIMS campuses for admission ot courses after Class 12. Candidates who completed Class 12 or equivalent exam from CBSE/ICSE or any International Baccalaureate (IB) board are eligible to apply for NPAT exam. Those who did not pass the qualifying exam in the first attempt are not eligible to appear for the NPAT exam.
Soon after the candidate has submitted the NPAT application form, they can access to a window for exam scheduling from the login dashboard. Candidates can choose exam date.
