IIT Guwahati JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BTech course across multiple specialisations. The cutoff ranks vary by rounds and categories. In this article, candidates can view the JEE Advanced first- and last-round closing ranks. For the students belonging to the General AI quota, the last round closing ranks ranged between 792 and 10727, with Computer Science and Engineering being the most competitive for admission. IIT Guwahati Cutoff 2025 For General All India Category

IIT Guwahati BTech cutoff 2025 was released as opening and closing ranks for various specialisations, wherein the last round cutoff ranks were in the range of 792 to 10727. Considering the closing ranks, CSE was the highly sought-after specialisation for admission, with first and last round closing ranks of 699 and 792, respectively. Students who were not eligible to take admission to Computer Science and Engineering can also choose Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics and Computing Engineering, etc., branches for admission, with lenient last round closing ranks of 1078 and 1276, respectively.

A: 

Whether 50 in UCEED a good rank for IIT Guwahati depends on the category the student belongs to. For students belonging to the General AI category, the cutoff rank in round 1 was 77. Therefore, attaing a rank of 50 can secure a seat at the college, for the General AI category candidates. Among the OBC AI category students, the cutoff rank was closed at 44. Thus, for the OBC AI category candidates, it is not possible to get a seat at the college with 50 rank in UCEED. Similarly, for other categories also, it is difficult as the rank required is quite lower.

For the EWS category students, the IIT Guwahati cutoff 2025 was between 118 and 1661 for BTech admission across multiple specialisations. The lowest rank was for CSE admission.
