IIITDM Kancheepuram BTech course is a four-year undergraduate course offered in a full-time mode. The BTech is offered in five major specialisations including Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Smart Manufacturing. Further, the IITDM also offers the BTech course as a dual degree programme along with the MTech programme in different specialisations combinations. The dual degree programme lasts for five years and is offered as an undergraduate degree.
IIITDM Kancheepuramc course admission 2025 is completely entrance-based. Admission to the BTech course is based on candidates' performance in the JEE Main entrance exam, followed by JoSAA counselling. Further, the seat allotment to the BTech programmes is based on the All India Rank published by CBSE. Admission is based only on All India Rank (AIR).
