Faculty: The faculty to student ratio is 1/22. The faculty to student relationship is good. We approach faculty by doing mail on their mail inbox to ask any doubt or we can ask doubts after the class. All the faculty members are good. I like all of them. All faculty members are best in their respective subjects. There are two exams in our college, one is mid semester and another is end semester exam in one semester. The difficulty of exams is hard. Almost all students pass the exam but a few of them fail in exams.

IIT Bhu is a vibe, go enjoy it.
Placements: Placements of indian institute of Technology BHU were actually amazing every year. There were so many multinational companies comes in IIT Bhu for on campus placement and approximately 80 to 90 percent of students were placed every year from IIT Bhu.
Infrastructure: Our college has a library named the Shrinivas Despande Library. It had a vast collection of the latest and historical books. The facilities in the classroom were the latest but they do not have AC in the classroom but it contains a smart board, a green board and a projector. Our college had a gym which had the latest equipment and also three grounds. 2 volleyball court 2 lawn tennis court and many more courts for different games. Mainly, our college had a building name sac which contains all indoor games. The latest hostel students were provided with washing machines and AC in the reading room.
Faculty: The course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness was good. Actually faculty were very good at IIT BHU. Approximately every week, there will be quizzes and there will mid sems and end sem examinations as well in each semester. Faculty to student ratio at IIT BHU was very good. There was a good relationship between students and faculty, although there were some faculty which were not good at building a good relationship between faculty and students.

Our college is nice we love it.
Placements: I have no idea about the exact placement status yet. The highest package is 2.20 crores. Our top recruiting companies are all worldwide famous cooperative companies. 440 internship in the winter placement season and 240 ppo. The top role offered is os sde. Approximately 80 to 90 percent get placement.
Infrastructure: We have good food, a mess, Wi-Fi, a ibrary and a lot of things. The structure of labs and classrooms is old, it is already a bit old, but new halls are being built which are very good. Initially there are good facilities in the hostel but later on it happens that there is no water and the geyser is facility.
Faculty: Our professors here are very good, they teach very well. All the professors are well qualified and graduated. There are also good things here. Later on there is a lot of time left due to which we can concentrate more on our skill projects.
Other: The course is good but it all depends on your JEE rank, what you get and why. Now the branch change has also been topped.

College is the support for all the sports and infrastructure, and the food is good.
Placements: Average package is 22 LPA-24 LPA with a 47-61 percent placement rate. The highest package for the civil engineering branch is 43.4 LPA, and the lowest is 15 LPA-20 LPA. Core civil engineering roles are project engineer, structural engineer, geotechnical engineer, transportation engineer, and planning and scheduling engineer.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the hostel are good, with table tennis, volleyball, and a badminton court. Food quality is very nice. Wi-Fi in the classroom is somewhat limited, but in the library it's excellent. An excellent thing about this college is the support for all the sports and infrastructure, and the food is also very good, with a protein-rich diet.
Faculty: Teachers are very good, and they have as much knowledge as I can imagine. Some subjects are difficult, like fluids and Fourier Maths, while others are easy, like Chemistry subjects. The course makes students industry-ready, as working with a professor on a project is a compulsory course that is given to us.
Other: The best thing about this course is the opportunity that I will get in this branch. Events and fests are held at the national level, and competition from different IITs and NITs comes to our college to compete. Here, they celebrate even festivals like Sarawati Pooja and Janmastami with full joy.

Overview for freshers in 2026.
Placements: Approximately 80 to 90 percent of students are placed in the recent placement season. The lowest package is around 8 to 10 LPA, and the highest package offered is 1cr+. The offers include Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Texas Instruments. Some of the top roles offered are SDE and QUANT roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very modern but its bearable. In recent months it has upgraded a lot by adding ACs and new buildings. Wi-Fi is great all over the campus from the start, hostel rooms and bathrooms are good as well for a government college. There is a variety of food in the mess at a time and the menu is not repeated all week.
Faculty: The professors are all well qualified in their teaching fields, both theoretically and practically, but the variety of teaching quality is not grand. Exams are scheduled on time, and the curriculum is atleast turned to modern needs if not industry ready. The difficulty of the exam is always on the higher side, but its bearable.

It is a good college if you are going for placement.
Placements: 70-80 percent of students are placed from my course. I think the highest package is 75 LPA. The lowest package is 8 LPA, the average is 20 LPA, and the median is 19.3 LPA. Many companies are open to it, and SDE is the top role offered in my course. I think the placement is good at my college. If you work hard, you will get placed in a decent company.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is okay, the classrooms are old, basically, the whole infrastructure is old. Some buildings are good. First-year hostels are good. The food provided in the mess is good. Sports and games facilities are also good. The infrastructure is kind of old, and we do not have AC in the lecture theatre (now being installed).
Faculty: They are more qualified than I, so I can't judge them. Chemical is chill compared to other branches. Semester exams are good, but sometimes the schedule is hectic. Academic is chill compared to other IITs. The grading system is decent, but try to maintain above 8.5 CPI.
