IIT Hyderabad Scholarships 2026
Students on IIT Hyderabad receive financial support in the form of Merit-cum-Means (MCM) and SC/ST scholarships. The MCM scheme will be open to GEN, GEN-EWS and OBC students whose parental income is up to INR 4.5 lakh per annum and have a CGPA / SGPA of 7.0 or above. Every month, INR 1,000 is paid to those students who are selected to study at MCM. The SC/ST students, who have common income and academic standard are allowed INR 250 monthly, with remission on license and meal charges. Any government or private source may only be used to avail only a scholarship at a given time. Proof of income should also have ITR recognition of both parents whether the income is exempted or not. Besides, the students have a chance to apply to the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) where national-level scholarships are offered.
