NSUT: Still a good college.

Placements: Despite the global recession, Nsut's biotech placements have shown encouraging trends. Key highlights include an average package of 10 LPA, a highest package of 20 LPA, and a lowest of 7 LPA. While the percentage of placed students was slightly affected by the economic downturn, the placement drive was still a notable success.

Infrastructure: NSUT's campus is undergoing significant improvements, with new infrastructure being added rapidly. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned, equipped with smart boards, and have reliable Wi-Fi. The library is well-stocked and offers a peaceful study environment. However, the hostel infrastructure still needs attention. The sports complex is impressive, with various cricket and football grounds.

You have to maintain attendance.

Placements: The maximum number of students got placed and the average package is around INR 19 lacs in NSUT, which is better than DTU. Bio-Tech average package is around INR 8.5 lacs and Mechanical is around INR 13 lacs. And you have lot of opportunity for internship which you can think of like Google, Microsoft, DRDO, etc. You have performed well in your academics.

Infrastructure: After getting admission, you will like it. But you will find that the sports facility is there but not maintained like DTU. There are only 4–5 buildings where you have to always roam around. If you are a first-year student, then your classes will be in academic block.

Faculty: The faculty is very good and they treat students very well. You have to give 1 CT, midterm, and end term in each semester. Also, lab files and viva in lab work from 1st year only. Most students raise concerns about not upgrading the curriculum for long so now they change and add new subjects every year.

Review of Netaji Subhas University of Technology.

Placements: In our college, almost 72% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 27 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10.9 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Google, Microsoft, Atlassian, Sprinklr, etc., visit our campus. Almost all students get internships at Urverdure Private Limited. The top role offered is a product manager.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities and infrastructure. Air-conditioners are available in labs and classrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The quality of the food in the hostel is delicious. Medical facilities are available. There are two canteens.

Faculty: Our teachers are cooperative and supportive. They are well-qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum can be quite demanding, but it plays a crucial role in enhancing our understanding. Many students secure placements and successfully clear the GATE exam. The pass percentage is 100%.

Other: I chose this course because of the increased scope of biotechnology. The best thing about this course is that it allows for personal growth in various areas, like sports and skills. Our college celebrates a fest called Moksha, which is one of the largest fests in North India.

Our college has great placements and infrastructure.

Placements: In biotechnology, almost all students who applied for placements got placed. The highest salary package is around 50 LPA from Microsoft, and the lowest is around 6 LPA to 7 LPA. The average salary package is somewhere between 10 LPA and 13 LPA. Mostly, tech and non-tech companies recruit students from BT.

Infrastructure: All classrooms and labs are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, including the library and administrative block. The facilities in the hostel are quite decent. The food quality is fine in the mess and canteen. There is a medical center within reach. NSUT has all kinds of sports except squash and swimming.

Faculty: All teachers have degrees. They are well known for teaching. The course isn't that relevant, but it is required for our development. It makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not that hectic. They are manageable.

Other: Fests here are pretty amazing. Moksha Innovision is conducted for 3 days. Great celebrities are invited to this fest. There are performances from throughout the nation.
