Candidates must apply for NIT Raipur by first qualifying GATE with a good score. Hereafter, he/she must apply and appear for CCMT Counselling for final seta allotment. This is followed by the payment of course fee to confirm one's seat in the course. 

NIT Raipur BTech fee is INR 5 lakh. Mentioned tuition fee is for candidates with an annual family income above 5 lakhs. The tuition fee is calculated on the basis of 1st year. The actual amount may vary. Apart from the mentioned tuition fee, a one-time payment of INR 4,800 will be charged. The one-time payment includes the institute development fee. GATE CCMT R1 has been released for admission to the M.Tech courses. Candidates seeking admission to the NIT Raipur M.Tech course must secure a rank between 353 and 438 under the first cutoff list for the General category students. A. NIT Raipur BTech admission 2024 is based on candidates' performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Based on the entrance test scores, candidates will be called for the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. To be eligible for the BTech programme the aspiring candidates need to have 75% in class 12.

The MCA Cutoff 2025 has been released in the form of scores for all categories and rounds. Different categories will have different cutoff scores accordingly. For the General AI category candidates, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) has closed its admission at the last round cutoff score of 625. For the SC AI category, the last round cutoff score was 3160, and for the ST AI category, 6754. This pattern suggests that competition is tougher for the unreserved category when compared to the reserved categories for the same course. 

Yes, your chances of getting admission at NIT Raipur with a cutoff of 15K is possible. The NIT Raipur cutoff 2025 was published for various categories under the All India and Home State quota. 

For the General AI quota, admissions were closed at a rank of 78915. On the other hand for the General HS quota, the last round closing rank was 148039. Hence admissions at both these quotas is possible with a rank of 15K. Candidates should know that the cutoff for other categories and quotas will differ accordingly. 

No, candidates are not allowed to get admission into BTech courses a NIT Raipur without JEE Main scores. Only candidates from abroad are eligible for direct admission through DASA. However, for DASA admission, candidates are required to fulfil certain eligibility criteria. NIT Raipur BTech admission is completely entrance-based. It is based on candidates' performance in the JEE Main entrance test, followed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling.

NIT Raipur offers various courses such as BTech, MTech, MSc, MCA and MA. Admission to these programmes are entrance-based. For admission to the BTech programme the aspiring candidates need to have class 12 degree with a minimum of 75%. The other courses offers needs the candidates to clear other entrance exams i.e., GATE for MTech, JEE for BTech, NIMCET for MCA, IIT JAM for MSc.

The National Institute of Technology Raipur offers a list of courses in the streams of Engineering, Science and Computer Application and Humanities & Social Sciences. At the undergraduate level, NIT Raipur offers BTech and BArch courses. The institute offers MTech, MSc and MCA courses at the postgraduate level. • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 7.5% of seats are reserved.
• Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL): 27% of seats are reserved.
• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 10% of seats are reserved.
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 5% of seats within each category are reserved for PwD candidates.

The seat allotment is provided during the central counseling through NIMCET only, and for reservations done under the same. Additionally, candidates are required to submit supporting documents.
