AP EAMCET Marks Vs Rank: AP EAMCET 2026 Engineering exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18, 2026; the agriculture and pharmacy exam will be on May 19 and 20, 2026. The AP EAMCET application form will be available soon. The expected date of the application form is in March 2026.

As per the latest pattern, the ranks are calculated based on the entrance exam score. In the recent system, the weightage given to intermediate marks has been removed. The AP EAPCET entrance exam is conducted for a total of 160 marks. The ranks are calculated considering the total marks obtained in the entrance exam, the number of candidates appeared in exam, difficulty level of question paper, relative performance of all candidates etc.

The rank is calculated based on the following factors.

  • Total Marks obtained in AP EAMCET (out of 160).
  • Number of candidates who appeared.
  • Difficulty level of the question paper.
  • Relative Performance of all the candidates.

  • Considering the Tie-Breaking Rules.

No, there is no negative marking in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam. For every correct answer one mark is given. There is no marks reduced for incorrect responses or unanswered questions. This applies to both engineering and agriculture streams of exam.

Q:   How many questions will be asked in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET?
A:

A total of 160 questions will be asked in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2026. All questions will be multiple choice questions. Physics and Chemistry will have 40 questions each. Mathematics will include 80 questions. Each correct answer will be given 1 mark.
