• Class 12 hall ticket number/roll number: Candidates must enter the correct Class 12 hall ticket number.
• Class 10 or equivalent hall ticket number: This is a mandatory document to verify the marks and date of birth of the candidate. 
• Proof of date of birth (DOB certificate): Class 10 mark sheet or any other valid document.
• Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates: Required for candidates claiming reservation.
• Aadhaar number
• Certificate for PH, NCC, sports category etc.
• Income certificate (up to INR 1 lakh / up to INR 2 lakhs / more than INR 2 lakhs): Certificate issued by the competent authority for fee reimbursement.
• Ration card: Used for address proof.
• Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (for the past 12 years)
• Passport Size Photograph: Recent photo in the format specified for uploading.
• Image of Signature: Scanned Signature as per the specifications.
• Mobile Number and Mail ID: Candidates will receive exam-related information at the registered mobile number or email ID.
