Documents in the KEAM 2025 application form can be uploaded at cee.kerala.gov.in. To apply for KEAM, candidates must be ready with some important documents. Documents Needed for KEAM Application 2025: CEE has started KEAM registration 2025. While the last date to fill KEAM application form and upload the class 10 certificate, date of birth & nativity proof is March 12, candidates will be allowed to upload the required documents in the KEAM 2025 application form is March 15. To complete KEAM application process, candidates need to keep a few documents ready. KEAM application process requires the candidates to upload various scanned documents for reservation and identity proofs. Some documents to be uploaded in the online KEAM application form are mandatory for all the candidates and some are to be uploaded by the candidates applying under any reservation. Documents Needed for KEAM Application Form 2025

In the KEAM application form, candidates must upload certain important documents. Candidates need to upload correct documents in the form, if a candidate uploads the wrong document, only one chance will be given to the candidate to correct the errors. Check the list below:

Q:   Can you help me to get the application date for KEAM? When will it start from?

CEE has released the KEAM 2026 application form. Candidates can apply for the KEAM exam on the official website cee.kerala.gov.in.

Q:   What are the reasons that can lead to cancellation of KEAM application form?
A:
The followings are some of the reasons that may lead to the rejection of your KEAM Application. If the uploaded Photograph does not adhere to the specification given in the menu How to Upload? If Applicants uploaded Signature is NOT clear or/and not genuine. If authentic proof for Nativity and Date of Birth and Class X Certificate are NOT uploaded in the application portal. If the required Application Fee meant for each category (General or SC) is NOT paid through the proper channel.
Q:   When will the KEAM application form correction window open?
A:

Yes, the KEAM application form correction window opens for the registered candidates only. The registered candidates can access the kEAM login and verify the details and correct the details like name, signature, photo, Nativity status, reservation status, etc. The KEAM login for application form correction opens in phases. The candidates have to keep track of the dates to be able to correct the details in the KEAM application form. CEE notifies the details of the application form correction on the official website. The candidates need to access the login and make corrections online only. There is no other way to correct the details in the submitted KEAM  application form. The details needed to access KEAM login for application form correction are:

  1. Application number
  2. Password
  3. Access code (as shown on the screen)

Note: All applicants must upload class X certificate, Date of birth and Nativity proof on or before the last date of application submission date which has been announced in the Notification. Subsequent to uploading these three certificates, candidates can take a printout of the Acknowledgement Page. Other certificates have to be uploaded only if candidates desire to get the respective claims. Candidates can upload these certificates even after taking the Printout of Acknowledgement.

How to Upload Images and Certificates in KEAM Application Form?

Here is how to perfectly upload a scanned document in the EAM application form:

Signature of Candidate:

  • On a plain white sheet, the candidate should put his/her signature with black/blue ink. Signature should be clear.
  • Scan this signature and crop around the signature.
  • Do not scan the full sheet. Scanned image file should be in jpg format.(Jpeg)
  • Dimensions of the image of signature must be 150 pixels width and 100 pixels height.
  • Image file should be between 4kb and 100kb file size. 

Photograph of Candidate:

  • Upload a recent passport size colour photograph with a light background. Also, the face and the shoulder must be visible.
  • The photograph must be taken in a professional studio.
  • Photo with mask, cap, dark glasses will be rejected.
  • Only jpeg or jgp format image is supported.
  • Keep the size of photo between 15 kb to 100kb

Certificates: Check below how to upload various certificates in KEAM application form:

  1. Make sure the uploaded certificates are original and in color.
  2. The file format of certificates should be in PDF format.
  3. The file size must be less than 500 kb.
  4. They should be authentic, legible, clear and readable.
  5. Same certificate can be uploaded for different claims. eg: Birth certificate having name, date of birth and place of birth, can be uploaded against the row ‘Proof for Date of Birth’ and ‘Proof for Nativity’.
  6. Remember, originals of the certificates uploaded should be preserved to produce before the admission authority as and when demanded.

Q:   What is to be done in KEAM option registration process?
A:

A list of Course-College combinations available for allotments through the KEAM CAP will be displayed on the Option Registration page of the candidate based on the stream (s) the candidate is eligible for. For example, a candidate included only in the Engineering stream will see the Engineering courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- AE - Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, EC - Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.). Similarly, a candidate in the Medical Stream will see the Medical courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- MM-MBBS, MD-BDS, BA-BAMS etc.). A candidate eligible for both Engineering and Medical streams will see both Engineering and Medical courses. All the Colleges under the stream (s) applicable to the candidate will be shown with their respective three-letter codes (Eg:- TVE-College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, TVM-Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram etc.). 

Q:   What is KEAM application fee?
A:

The application fee for KEAM is as follows: Engineering only/ B.Pharma only/both: General: INR 875 and SC: INR 375. Architecture only/Medical & Allied only/both: General: INR 625 and SC: INR 250. Both the streams: General: INR 1125 and SC: INR 500.
