The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has started the GUJCET 2023 registration process today, on January 6. The last date to apply for GUJCET 2023 is January 20. Candidates will be able to register online at gujcet.gseb.org.  

Those applying for GUJCET 2023 will have to pay INR 350 application fee through SBl ePay System (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking) or from any SBI Branch of the country through SBIePay Option of SBI Branch Payment.

The official notice read, “As per Resolution of the Education Department dated- 19/11/2016 PRCH-102012-142-S Gujarat Common Entrance Test- (GUJCET) is held for A, B and AB group Students of HSC Science stream by Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar for the admission in Degree Engineering and Diploma/Degree Pharmacy. The Information booklet of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET-2023) and instructions for ONLINE registration will be placed on the website, gseb.org.”

Q:   Are foreign candidate eligible for filling the GUJCET application form?

The candidate must be an Indian and should have a Gujarat domicile. The candidates should have passed or appeared for Class 12 or equivalent. Candidates should have a Gujarat domicile. Residents outside the state, having a Gujarat domicile are also eligible.Candidates who have completed Class 12 in Gujarat board are eligible.Candidates who have studied in CBSE/ ISC board schools located in Gujarat State are eligible.Candidates who have studied Class 12 from schools located in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu are also eligible, if the parents are of Gujarat origin.All the best for you future and have a good day and a great career ahead

Q:   Is it necessary to upload colour photo in GUJCET application form?
A: 

Yes, as per the information provided in GUJCET information brochure, candidates have to upload colour photo in the GUJCET 2025 application form. Also, the photograph need to be recent with light colour background. Sunglasses are not allowed in the photograph however candidates can wear vision glass/spectacles.
