Haryana State Technical Education Society will release HSTES 2020 application form in online mode. Aspirants who are seeking admission to the Colleges/Universities of Haryana and meeting the eligibility criteria can fill the application form. The admission to the Bachelor of Engineering (BE)/ Bachelor of Technology (BTech)/ Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) programme will be made through three rounds of counselling.
To participate in the counselling, it is necessary to apply for HSTES 2020 by filling the application form. The application process includes registration, filling details in the form, choice filling, fee payment, uploading photo, signature and other documents, etc.

To apply for the third round counselling, applicants have to fill HSTES application form again. However, no application fee will be applicable for those who have participated in first and second round counselling. After filling the application form, applicants have to get it verified from the designated verification centre before the closing date.

How to fill HSTES 2020 Application Form?
Candidates will be able to fill the form using the application form link. The link is not available at the official website as of now. We will update it on this page whenever it will be available. Applicants should have Aadhaar number (or Enrolment number) to apply for the HSTES counselling. If an applicant does not have Aadhaar number (or Enrolment number) then submit other documents such as passport, bank passbook, voter ID or any other valid government identity number. But it is mandatory to submit Aadhaar number (or Enrolment number) within one month after reporting at the institute. Further, check the steps to submit the application form below.
HSTES 2020 Registration
This is the first stage of the application form. Applicants have to exercise the HSTES registration by filling the following details
- Name
- Parents name
- Mobile number
- Email ID
Fill HSTES application form
- After registration, applicants can re-login their account to fill the application form
- Then fill date of birth as mentioned in the Class 10 mark sheet/certificate
- Mention gender (Male/Female)
- Fill a valid mobile number and email ID
- Mention caste category (Gen/OBC/SC/ST)
- Fill the details of the qualifying exam such as board name, marks, etc.
- Mention the annual income of the parents
- Fill your complete address along with PIN code
Upload Photo & Signature
After filling the details, applicants have to upload the recent passport size coloured photograph and signature in the prescribed format. Check the format details in the table below.

HSTES 2020 Choice Filling
Applicants have to give their preference for colleges and courses. For that, applicants should login their account by using the username and password. Then select the colleges and courses from the drop down menu according to their preference. After filling the colleges and courses click on the submit button.
Application Fee Payment
For the successful submission of the application form, applicants have to pay the requisite fee. The application fee can be paid through e-challan or debit card, credit card and net banking.

To clear the Anna University counselling cut off 2026 for HSTES, you have to first register for the JEE Main entrance examination, followed by appearing for the exam. After this, since you want admission to this university, you have to apply for the HSTES counselling process using your attained JEE

With your rank, getting Mechanical or Electrical at UIET KUK is very unlikely.
Mechanical may be possible only if cutoff increases in the final rounds (not guaranteed).
