- Total fee: INR 10.6 for Integrated MTech
- Number of specialisations: 16 in Integrated MTech
- Total seats: 1,869 (for Integrated BTech-MTech including Gender Neutral and Female seats)
- Eligibility: Aspirants who have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate in PCM are eligible to pursue BTech courses
- Selection: JEE Main + JEE Advanced

- The total fee is inclusive of a one-time refundable deposit of INR 2,000 and is not inclusive of any charges related to the hostel.

To be eligible for IIT Kharagpur's Joint MTech/MCP PhD programme, candidates need a BE/BTech/BArch degree or a master's in Science/Arts with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Qualifications from exams by recognised professional societies are also accepted. Applicants must have a valid GATE score relevant to their qualifying discipline, and in the absence of a specific GATE paper, XE/XL/XH papers can be considered. NET-qualified candidates with a fellowship in MA/MSc Economics/Sociology/Geography, having studied Mathematics/Statistics, are eligible for MCP-PhD.

IIT Kharagpur Integrated MTech Application Process 2022
In order to apply for Integrated MTech at IIT Kharagpur, students are required to apply via JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced application. The process of application for JEE Mains 2022 consists of three steps, i.e registration, form filling & documents upload followed by payment of application fees.
Step 1: Open the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in) and click on the ‘Registration for JEE (Main) 2022’ link.
Step 2: Fill the registration form with the required information followed by clicking on the submit button.
Step 3: Fill the detailed application form and upload scanned images and documents.
Step 4: Pay the application fees.

Before the JEE Main 2022 registration process, students must keep the following documents and information ready for a smooth application process:
- Valid email-id and mobile number
- Academic details related to the Class 10 and Class 12 qualifying exams
- Scanned copy of category certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned photograph and signature as per the specification mentioned by the NTA
- Net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI details for application fee payment
