Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur.

Placements: The placements are really good. Almost everyone gets placed, and a significant portion of them get into HFTs that are extremely high-paying. Roles that people from CSE are mostly hired for are quant and SDE, along with data, etc. Overall, placements are quite good.

Excellent academic rigour and legacy of IIT Kharagpur.

Placements: Around 80-85 percent of students in the Mining branch get placed. The highest packages (often more than 40 LPA-50 LPA) usually come from software or quant roles.
