Verification of Documents Online

Candidates need not visit Help Line Centres in the following cases:
Case 1: If your certificates have already been verified online through web services (based on the details provided during AP EAPCET 2025 application), and there are no changes required, you only need to pay the processing fee and verify your personal and academic details. If all details are correct, you don’t need to upload any documents and can directly proceed to option entry as per the schedule.

Case 2: If you have verified your documents online and wish to make changes to the data, then upload the supporting documents. Once the documents are verified, check the eligibility status through the "verification status" link. If your status is eligible, then proceed with opting entry process. For any clarification, visit the nearest help line centre.

Case 3: Candidates whose data has not been verified online must upload the necessary documents for online verification by selecting a notified Help Line Centre (HLC). After verification by the officers, check your eligibility status using the “Know Your Registration” link. If found eligible, you can proceed with option entry as per the schedule. For any doubt, visit the nearest helpline center. Please note that the counselling authority will verify the SSC and Intermediate marks memos, Study Certificates (Class 6 to Intermediate), Caste Certificate, Income Certificate/Ration Card, EWS Certificate, PWD Certificate, and Residence Certificates. Also, candidates must upload relevant documents only.
Case 4: Reserved category students must upload the required document online for verification. They are also required to attend physically with all original certificates and two sets of photocopies at the Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada, which is the designated Help Line Centre for special categories.
Candidates whose general data is verified online, but special category certificates are pending, must also follow the same procedure, upload special category certificates and attend the physical verification. If candidates have focused well in their 10 and 10+2 classes, they can easily qualify in the exam. The question paper is similar to popular engineering entrance exams such as JEE Mains, but the difficulty level is of easy to moderate.
