Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is scheduled to be conducted on 31 March, 2020. With only over a month left, candidates planning to appear for the exam need to pull up their socks and up their preparations. GUJCET is not a difficult exam but due to the high level of competition, being selected is not so easy. So, one must score as high as possible within the exam to secure admission to their desired branch within the desired college.

In order to prepare for the offline exam of GUJCET, you ought to follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Stay focused: In order to realise the specified target, it is highly important for you to remain focused. Regardless of anything, do not get distracted from your goal. Always focus on the goal and things will surely fall in place.
  • Make a study plan: Thorough yourself with the GUJCET Syllabus and its exam pattern. Make a correct study plan and allocate proper slots for every subject consistent with your hold on the actual subjects.
  • Be clear with concepts: It is obvious that if your concepts are not clear it will be tough for you to successfully proceed together with your preparation. Understand the subject from every perspective. Give your preparation such a foothold that you simply are able to answer all types of ifs and buts yourself.
  • Prepare notes: Cultivate the habit of creating notes while browsing any subject or topic. This habit of yours will assist you while revising within the last minute. Preparing notes also assist you in memorising the facts, figures, formulas, equations, reactions, etc. quickly and more efficiently.
  • Practice diligently: Solve a sufficient number of GUJCET practice questions with increasing difficulty level whenever you are through with a chapter. The difficult questions should be solved again at a later stage. You will also solve JEE Main practice questions as JEE Main and GUJCET have almost an equivalent syllabus.
  • Solve mock test and previous years’ papers: Solving previous year papers and mock test series will take you an extended way. Inculcating this habit in your study plan will surely grant you an awesome preparation ahead. Solving previous year papers will assist you in understanding weightage of various concepts also because of the difficulty level of the exam.
