While downloading the admit card, candidates might face any issues such as login errors, lags or server issues. In this case, they must follow the steps mentioned below -
If a student has forgotten their mobile number or email ID, they can use the "Forgot" option on the portal and enter your full name (surname, first name, middle name) to retrieve your details.
If they cannot download a hall ticket due to heavy website traffic, they must wait for a few minutes and try again later.

- Along with the admit card they must carry a valid photo ID proof (For example - Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID).
- They must reach exam center at least 30 to 60 minutes prior to the reporting time as mentioned in the admit card.
