The AIBE is a national-level exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in offline mode. It is held for law graduates who wants to practice law in the country. Both 3-year and 5-year LLB graduates are eligible to appear for the AIBE 20 Exam. Candidates who do not clear the exam will not receive the Certificate of Practice (COP).

AIBE 20 Student Reaction is released here for an idea about the AIBE exam.

Brijesh who appeared in AIBE 20 exam in Hindi language has categorised the exam under intermediate level. According to him, due to the change in three Laws in the year 2023, there was slight change in understanding the section, however, the topics asked were easy. He faced a little problem while interpreting the questions from Indian Evidence Act (now Bhartiya Sakshaya Adhiniyam, 2023). He desires that AIBE exam should be held in open book format.  

Another candidates, Ravinder Sharma has told Shiksha that the level of exam was moderate. He appeared in Hindi language. The questions were a little tough to crack. 

Nitish, who appeared for the AIBE 20 (XX) exam also found the test as moderate. And he was able to attempt the paper within time. He is a practicing lawyer and connected the questions asked in exam with his court work. As per him, AIBE exam should be held as open book, but many questions are not asked from the book. 

Another AIBE candidate, Bhanshu rated the exam as moderate. As per him, many questions were asked from Income Tax and Intellectual Property Law. There was a question on MC Mehta judgement. The difficulty level of the exam was from moderate to hard. The questions were asked from the Indian Constitution, BNSS, etc. He found 1-2 questions doubtful.

AIBE 20 Answer Key 2025 will be published in two phases: First the AIBE 20 Provisional Answer Key 2025 and then AIBE 20 Final Answer Key. The final answer key for AIBE (XX) 20 will be released for all set codes and languages. Candidates will be allowed to raise objections on AIBE XX (20) Provisional Answer key until the deadline. The final answer key will be released after the Council receives the objections. Based on the AIBE Final Answer Key, the AIBE 20 result 2025 will be announced. Candidates will be able to download the AIBE 2025 answer key and check their responses as marked in the answer sheet. Candidates will be able to submit their grievances regarding the AIBE 20 Final answer key in online mode. The final answer key cannot be challenged any further. 

The AIBE exam is aimed at judging candidates' understanding of law subjects and whether they are fit enough to practice in a court of law. It may be noted that questions in the AIBE 20 exam will be asked from 19 topics, but each of these topics will carry a different weightage. Making a study timetable - The ideal strategy to score well in AIBE examination begins with a correct preparation schedule. So, draw up a study plan, including daily study hours, topics to be covered, weekly, and monthly targets. This way you won't lose track of your preparation and be focused on your goal.

Readying the study material - As BCI is planning to make testing parameters stricter this year, it would be wise to get AIBE reference material for better preparation. The reference material for AIBE should be precise, and as per the exam pattern. Candidates should avoid mugging up Bare Acts, but understand fundamentals in detail. The reference books for AIBE should be from a recommended author, preferably an exam expert. 

Reading newspapers - For AIBE exam preparation, one should read in detail about the groundbreaking case laws of all times. Moreover, Newspapers carry details of legal importance in every news. The BCI will declare the AIBE 20 Result Date 2025 a few weeks after the exam. The AIBE 20 Result will be published on the official website. Candidates must note that the AIBE 20 Result 2025 is not released offline. Candidates will be able to check their qualifying status for AIBE 20 by visiting the official website, i.e., allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates will be allowed to check their AIBE results by entering their enrollment number and date of birth. The results will contain the qualifying status of the candidate as PASS/ FAIL/ REJECTED/ WITHHELD. 

How to check AIBE XX results 2025

1. Go to the official website of AIBE XX
2. Click on the result link in the notification bar of the website, and a login window will open up in new tab
3. Enter your roll number and date of birth as registered for AIBE 2025
4. On successful login, the result will be displayed on the screen.
5. Download and take a printout of the result.
