The Bar Council of India (BCI) has closed the AIBE 21 Registration. Candidates could fill out the AIBE 21 Application Form 2026 until April 30, 2026. The BCI has opened the AIBE Application Correction Window 2026. As per the AIBE 21 (XXI) Notification 2026, candidates can make changes until May 3, 2026.

To complete the AIBE Application Process, candidates had to upload their documents and pay the application fee. It must be noted that without submitting the AIBE 21 Application Fees, the application form will not be considered submitted.  The AIBE Exam Date is June 7, 2026.

No, there was no provision to fill the AIBE Application Form in offline mode. Candidates had to visit the official portal, i.e. allindiabarexamination.com to complete the AIBE Registration. 

Q:   What to do if I forget AIBE Login details?

In such cases, you have to visit allindiabarexamination.com and click on the Forgot Password option. Provide your email address and get a confirmation email to reset your password. 

Q:   Can final year law student apply for AIBE Exam?
A: 

Yes, final year law students can apply for the AIBE Exam. As per the revised AIBE Eligibility criteria, candidates who are in the final year of 3-year or 5-year LLB courses without any backlog can apply. 

Q:   Can I fill AIBE Application Form 2026 offline?
A: 

No, there was no such way to fill the AIBE Application Form offline. Candidates had tovisit allindiabarexamination.com to complete filling the application form. 

List of documents required for AIBE 21 (XXI) Application Form 2026

Candidates were advised to keep the following documents ready before filling up AIBE 21 2026 Registration Form:

  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Intermediate/Diploma Certificate
  • 3-Year/5-Year LLB Certificate
  • Passport-Size Photograph
  • Signature
  • Advocate ID Card (if issued by State Bar Council)
  • Enrollment Certificate
  • Scanned photo & signature
  • Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable).

How to fill out the AIBE 2026 Application Form?

Candidates could follow the simple steps given below to apply for AIBE 21 Examination 2026:

  • Candidates first had to visit the official website of AIBE; i.e. allindiabarexamination.com 

Once, the AIBE exam homepage opened, candidates had to navigate to the AIBE 21 (XXI) 2026 registration notification. Here, candidates had to click on the link for AIBE XXI registration or the blinking link in the notification bar 

 

Next, candidates had to read the requirements and instructions appearing on the screen and thereafter enter their enrollment number and click on the check-box with the declaration.

Click on the declaration stating that "I acknowledge that I am registered with my State Bar Council " and thereafter click on the 'Accept' button. Next, candidates need to fill AIBE application form by providing their details as well as state bar council enrollment details as given in the image below:

Further, aspirants had to fill in details about their LLB degree and year of enrollment with the State Bar Council. Once, these details were filled in, candidates had to click on the 'Next' button to proceed.

Next, candidates had to mention their category details. Candidates had to go back to the previous form if they needed to edit any detail using the 'Back' button at the top right of the application form. 

Note: *Extra 20 min/hour were provided to the candidate with more than 80% disability or discomfort. However, the approval for the scribe and extra time will remain the discretion of the council.

Next, candidates could select the preferred AIBE exam centres. Here, aspirants had to select their top three preferences and, question paper language from any of the 11 languages allowed.

Next, the candidates had to upload the documents as under:

Next, the confirmation page appeared on the screen and the page was redirected to the login page as under:

Candidates were also get a confirmation message on their registered mobile numbers, which they need to enter in the login form - Password and OTP.  The following page with auto-filled candidate details appeared on the screen:

Candidates could pay the AIBE 21 Application fee by clicking on - Pay Now or Pay Later. When candidates clicked on the 'Pay Now' button then they could pay AIBE (XXI) 21 application fee by any method from- Offline through SBI challan or online through HDFC using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The application fee for AIBE 21 2026 was

How to correct AIBE 21 (XXI) 2026-27 Application Details?

Candidates were advised to make all changes until the AIBE Application Form Correction Window 2026 was open. After that, no requests will be entertained. 

The details that could be requested for application correction are:

  • Name,
  • Enrolment Number,
  • Date of Birth,
  • Test centre preferences

However, the following fields were not allowed to be edited after the payment was made,

  • Registered email ID and mobile number
  • PwD category
  • Caste Category
  • Option related to enrollment certificate/ final semester status

Yes, candidates can raise objection on AIBE Answer Key. Based on the objections received, the AIBE Final Answer Key will be released. The AIBE Result is declared based on the final answer key.

There is no negative marking in the exam. But one mark is given for every correct answer. In case you leave any questions unanswered, nothing will be deducted.

The AIBE provisional answer key will be released soon after the exam. It will be published on allindiabarexamination.com. The objection window will open thereafter for candidates to challenge discrepancies.

Candidates who will successfully pass the AIBE exam will be issued the CoP by BCI. The qualified candidates will have to collect their Certificate of Practice from their respective State Bar Councils. It is a mandatory document to practice Law in India.

No, you cannot email objections for the AIBE answer key to the Bar Council of India. Objections must be submitted online through the AIBE PORTAL by logging in with your credentials, paying the required fee of INR 500 per question, and uploading supporting documentation.

Students appearing for the AIBE exam must carry a coloured copy of the AIBE admit card. They must paste a recent coloured passport size photograph on the admit card.
