ICFAI Business School conducts IBSAT exam for candidates seeking admission to MBA programme of IBS campuses. IBSAT 2023 is expected to be held in last week of December 2023. If the IBSAT exam is conducted in offline mode, candidates will have to report at the allotted exam centre. Read this complete article to know the IBSAT exam centres.

IBSAT test centres are the cities in India where ICFAI University has arranged test facilities for the candidates. Check here the complete list of IBSAT exam centres, exam day instructions and more.

ICFAI Business School lists approx 82 cities as IBSAT test centres in all regions of India to choose the preferred centre from. IBSAT 2023 will be held in last week of December 2023 in Remote proctored mode. If the exam is conducted in offline mode, the cities are expected to have multiple test centres for IBSAT and, candidates will be allotted the nearest location based on their current address mentioned in the application form of IBSAT. The allotted test centre details will be mentioned on IBSAT admit card as issued to the candidates. Check here the list of tentative test cities as IBSAT 2022 exam centres in each region of India.

Q:   Does IBS Mumbai accept CAT score for MBA?
A: 

Yes, IBS Mumbai does accept a valid score of CAT for IBS Mumbai PGPM course. In addition, candidates with a 60 percentile and above CAT score are exempted from writing the IBSAT 2023 exam. Moreover, apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements as prescribed by the ICFAI Business School, Mumbai. Q:   What is the qualifying marks for BBA admission at IBS Hyderabad?
A: 

A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium is required to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course. Aspirants must fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam. Candidates meeting the educational requirements can fill out the application form for IBS Hyderabad admission.

Q:   What are the essential qualifications for admission to BBA course at IBS Hyderabad?
A: 

Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course. Aspirants must also meet the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam. If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the programme will be cancelled.

Applicants who have appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and awaiting results are also eligible to apply provided they are done with their exams (including practical exams).

Q:   What is the eligibility for PGPM at IBS Pune?

IBS Pune accepts multiple entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, IBSAT, and NMAT for admission to its PG-level courses. Hence, it can be considered that IBS Pune admission is entrance-based for most of its courses. Eligibility is completely based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Students are required to go through the national-level entrances and then appear for the university-level selection rounds for final admission. Q:   What is IBSAT 2024 schedule?
A: 

IBSAT is a national level exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA/ PGPM courses. IBSAT 2024 registration will commence in first week of July 2024 and candidates will be able to register themselves on the official website at general.ibsindia.org. IBSAT scores are accepted by nine ICFAI Business Schools (IBS), namely IBS Hyderabad, IBS Mumbai, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Pune, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Jaipur, and IBS Dehradun. Tabulated below is the tentative IBSAT 2023 schedule:

  • On the test day, candidates should reach their allotted test centre for IBSAT 2023 at least an hour before the exam timings. Time will be required for frisking and other formalities.
  • Candidates should carry one valid photo ID card along with their IBSAT admit card 2023 for identity verification
  • Candidates must not carry any study material, or items like phone, calculator, watch, jewellery, earphones etc. as these are prohibited inside the test centre
