SNAP admit card 2023 was released online at the SNAPtest.org website. SNAP admit card 2023 had to be downloaded before the exam date from the official website by using their login credentials. 

SNAP exam is a computer based test. Candidates must ensure they carry the SNAP admit card for the relevant session to the test centre. Read below, all about SNAP 2023 admit card.

Q:   Will the SNAP admit card 2023 release session wise?

A:

Yes, the SNAP admit card 2023 will release session wise. For every exam session, the admit card will release separately. The dates of SNAP 2023 admit card release will be announced by the exam authorities with the exam schedule. Candidates will have to carry the admit card specific to the session. They cannot use the admit card of previous session to gain entry to the next session. They will not be allowed to enter the SNAP test centre if they are not carrying the correct admit card.

The process to download for SNAP admit cards of every session is the same. Candidates will be issued admit card for only those sessions which they shall have registered for. Thus, candidates must ensure they carry the correct admit card for each session.

 

Q:   Can I show a digital copy of my SNAP admit card at the exam centre?

A:

No, only the original printout of the SNAP admit card will be accepted at the exam centre. No other form of admit card is considered valid for identification of the candidate as it has to be signed and stamped by the invigilator. So, only hard copies of the SNAP admit card is acceptable. Make sure you carry two copies of the SNAP admit card to the exam centre. 

After downloading your SNAP admit card form the official website, take a colour print out of the same in A4 size sheet. Affix a recent passport size photo (preferably the one uploaded with the SNAP application form). Do not sign or mark any part of the SNAP admit card beforehand otherwise, it will be treated as invalid.

 

Q:   What if I forget password to download SNAP admit card 2023?

A:

In case any candidate forgets their SNAP password, there is no need to worry. Candidates can create a new to download the admit card. They can do so by using the same mobile phone number and email ID furnished at the time of creating the SNAP login.

To create a new password, they will have to go to the SNAP Test web page, click on ‘forget password’ option given on the SNAP login page and follow the instructions.

Candidates can then use the new password for all SNAP login purposes. To ensure that you do not forget or misplace the new password too, note it down or save it in a document or email.

 

How to Download SNAP Admit Card 2023?

SNAP 2023 admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the examination centre. Candidates will have to ensure that they carry the SNAP 2023 admit card as a print out otherwise, they will be barred from taking the test. Given below are the steps to download the SNAP admit card 2023:

Problems in Downloading SNAP Admit Card

Candidates may face trouble in downloading the SNAP admit card 2023 for the following reasons:

  • Heavy traffic on the official website: On the first day of SNAP 2023 admit card download, one may find it difficult to login in. This may happen due to many visitors on the website at the same time. Log out and visit the website later to download.

  • Entering wrong credentials: In case, the login credentials you're entering are wrong or you have forgotten the password, create a new password and login again. 

  • Slow internet: If the speed of internet connection you are using is slow, switch to faster internet connection to be able to download your SNAP admit card 2023.

Q:   Can I change my exam centre after the SNAP admit card 2023 has been issued?

A:

There is no provision to change the exam centre once the SNAP application form has been submitted. Candidates have to appear for the test only at that exam centre which is mentioned on the SNAP admit card 2023. Therefore, to ensure that you don’t get a faraway exam centre, select the test cities in the SNAP application form carefully. Select your home city or current city as the first preference as the examination authorities strive to allotted exam centres to candidates in the first city of choice.

In order to avoid any inconvenience on the exam day, candidates must check the location of the SNAP exam centre mentioned in their admit card at least a day before the exam. Knowing the distance and mode of transport will help candidates make the travel plan on the exam day in such a way that they reach the test centre on time.

SNAP exam is held in 86 plus cities across India. Candidates can choose up to three cities for test centre allotment. The test centre will be allotted on first cum first serve basis, the earlier you submit the form, more the chances of you getting a test centre in the city of first preference. Errors to Check in SNAP Admit Card 2023

Q:   How can I get mistakes on my SNAP admit card rectified?

A:

In case, there is a mistake or error on the SNAP admit card, the candidates must contact the exam helpdesk to get the error rectified. They should get the error rectified before the exam date. SNAP help desk contact details are mentioned above on this page. The SNAP 2023 admit card may be required after the entrance exam too. Thus, it is important to get the error rectified if there is any.

The candidate must preserve the rectified SNAP admit cards until the end of admission process. The admission authorities can ask for the SNAP admit card for authentication purpose during Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round and at the time of final admission. 

 

Q:   Will there be any arrangement for depositing bags at the SNAP 2023 exam centre?

A:

No, there will be no arrangement for depositing personal belongings such as bags and valuables at the SNAP 2023 exam centre. Candidates must not carry any bag or valuables on the exam day. Or they should be accompanied by a guardian/friend who can look after their belongings while they appear for the test.

On the SNAP exam day, candidates are required to carry only two copies of their admit card, a photo ID proof, passport size photo and a blue/black ball point pen (earlier water bottle, hand sanitizer and facemask was allowed due to COVID-19 but these items may not be required in SNAP 2023. They need not carry any other item as nothing apart from these items will be allowed inside the exam venue. Candidates must check the instructions related to this in the SNAP 2023 admit card for the latest guidelines.

 

Q:   What if I reach my SNAP centre after the exam has started?

A:

Candidates must reach their SNAP test centre on time as no candidate will be permitted to enter the test venue under any circumstances after the exam has started. If they are late for a SNAP exam, they will have to take the test in their second or third attempt (if they have registered for it). Reporting time for SNAP exam will be printed on the candidate's admit card. Candidates must reach their respective SNAP exam centres as per the reporting time mentioned or at least one hour before the commencement of exam. The entry gates will be closed 15 minutes before the exam and after that no one will be allowed to enter the venue under any circumstances.

At the SNAP exam centre, every candidate's identity will be verified and authenticated before allowing them entry. Candidates will be required to carry original and photocopy of any of the following IDs along with the SNAP 2023 admit card to the exam centre:

  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • College ID Card

Apart from the official ID, candidates with special needs and medical condition will be required to carry relevant documents such as scribe certificate and medical certifcate.
