Q:   When should I start preparing for OJEE?
A:

Aspirants should start preparing for the OJEE exam at least six months before the test date.  This duration will be enough to complete the OJEE syllabus thoroughly and practice ample number of mock tests. The OJEE exam is similar to other MBA entrance exams so if a candidate has appeared for any other MBA exam before OJEE, they need to only do exam based preparation and focus on exam-specific mock tests. OJEE 2026 exam will be conducted on May 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9.

Q:   Will the OJEE exam be conducted in double shifts?

OJEE 2026 Preparation Study Plan for 60 days for Working Professionals

As mentioned before, understanding the concepts and having clarity in that part of the OJEE exam preparation is very important and is the first stepping stone in the process. They should make an OJEE study plan day-wise. In the morning, they can begin with one concept and by the evening, they can practice questions based on that topic. Students should give at least the first 15 to 20 days to learning the important topics in OJEE 2026. Check the table below to know the important topics of OJEE 2026 syllabus:

Section Important Topics

The next 15 to 20 days should be dedicated to practice. Students can shift their efforts to solving practice questions and OJEE PYQPs. This way, candidates will be able to identify their weaknesses and strengths. They can solve at least one sectional question paper in two days. Weekends can be utilized to practicing a full OJEE question paper or sample paper.

  • Moving forward, candidates who have been practising constantly can shift their focus to taking full length OJEE mock tests. Students should regularly take mock tests and analyze them to know where are they making mistakes and what needs to be improved. Also, students should keep a track how much time are they spending on a particular question. OJEE is a time based exam and hence, students should be mindful of the timer.

The final phase of OJEE preparation 2026 for working professionals should include final revision and exam day plan. The final ten days of OJEE exam prep should be dedicated to revision of everything the students have studied. They should revise formulas, theorems, grammar rules, etc. in the final phase. Students should take at least two full length Odisha JEE mock tests to know their progress and preparedness.

Students should try and avoid starting a new topic or chapter. Students should work on strengthening what they have already studied.

Working professionals taking the Odisha JEE exam 2026 should make the study plan that includes short study hours where they can completely focus on studies only without distractions. Candidates travelling to a far location of their office can use the commuting time for revision and practicing vocabulary.

With discipline and practice, working professionals too can fetch a good OJEE exam score and prepare well in 60 days for OJEE exam 2026.

OJEE and JEE syllabus is somewhat same and different in some places. The OJEE syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is different from JEE. In JEE, the physics syllabus includes topics such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, etc. These topics require knowledge of physics topics.
