The Parul Institute of Design, Vadodara, has officially announced that the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) 2025 will be conducted on April 10, 2025. The entrance exam serves as the first stage in the admission process for aspiring design students.

DAT 2025 is an online test designed to assess a candidate’s attitude, aptitude, achievement, motivation, and perception—all key traits essential for a successful design career. Conducted annually by the Parul Institute of Design, the exam aims to identify creative and dedicated individuals ready to take on the challenges of the design industry.

Following the successful completion of the DAT, shortlisted candidates will be required to submit their design portfolios through a dedicated link provided by the institute as part of the second round of evaluation.

Selection Procedure for B.Des Admissions at PID:

The selection process for undergraduate design admissions consists of three stages:

1. Stage 1: Online MCQ Examination

2. Stage 2: Online Subjective Paper Solving

3. Stage 3: Online Portfolio Submission

Only candidates who successfully clear all three stages will be considered for final admission.
