UGC NET 2025 June 27 Analysis: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the June 27 exam in two shifts. Shift 1 is over at 12 PM. Shift 2 will conclude at 6 PM. The UGC NET December session exam is ongoing. As per the students' feedback UGC NET January 2 Paper 1 was Moderate some felt that Assertion & Reasoning part was a bit difficult. Paper 1 was lengthy.

The minimum qualifying mark for the general category is 40% and for the reserved category is 35% for both papers. Usually, the UGC NET cutoff for the JRF is higher as compared to the assistant professor. Also, the difference between the cutoffs depends upon the difficulty level of the exam.
