BBAU CUET Subject Mapping 2026: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) offers admission to various undergraduate programmes through CUET 2026 at its Main Campus in Lucknow and Satellite Centre in Amethi. Students looking to get admitted to BBAU must first understand the CUET subject mapping criteria for the offered courses. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University has released its CUET 2026 subject mapping on the NTA's official website. The National Testing Agency released the CUET 2026 registration form on January 03. The last date to fill CUET 2026 application form is January 30, 2026. The datesheet for CUET 2026 exam will be released at cuet.nta.nic.in. As per CUET information bulletin, the entrance test will be scheduled between May 11 and May 31, 2026 in computer based test mode.

CUET UG Subjects 2026

According to CUET UG 2026 exam pattern, there are 13 languages, 23 domain subjects, and one general aptitude test. Candidates have to select a total of five subjects [one compulsory language, three or four CUET domain subjects, and a general aptitude test (if required)] to get admission to UG courses at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University. The subject mapping criteria consists of course-wise subjects required to be filled in the online form. Visit the official university's website or NTA CUET UG website at cuet.nta.nic.in to know about any changes in the CUET subject mapping. Ensure to check the latest and updated subject requirements while filling out the CUET application form.

 

Q:   How do I select the domain subjects for CUET UG?
A:

Go on the official website of university/organaisation. Check the courses offered and eligibility test that they should appear in for admission to desired course. The choice of language/domain subject and General test will depend upon the course and university. Candidates will be able to opt for one or more tests as per the requirement of the course and university from the following sections:

  • Section I - 13 Languages
  • Section II - 23 Domain Specific Subjects
  • Section III - General Test
Q:   What is programme specific eligibility criteria in CUET?
A:

For admission to the desirous University/Institution, the candidates must appear in CUET 2026 in the Languages and Domain Specific subjects as per the Program-Specific Eligibility for which s (he) is desirous to take admission. For instance, if a candidate wishes to apply for B.Com (Hons.) programe in Delhi University he/she will be required to make the subject combination as :

Combination I: Any one Language from List A + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1
OR
Combination II: Any one Language from List A + Accountancy/Book Keeping + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1

Candidates are advised to check CUET programme-specific eligibility criteria before filling the application form, failing which they will not qualify for further admission process.

BBAU CUET 2026 Subject Mapping: Important Instructions

To gain admission at BBAU through CUET for the academic year 2026-27, candidates have to fill the CUET 2026 Application Form with all required details, including personal details, educational details, and choice of test papers. While completing the application form, candidates must keep the following points in mind to avoid any problems in the future:

  • Review specific subject requirements of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University for the desired programme before selecting subjects.
  • Ensure you pick subjects that align with your preferred course and university, and for which you are confident in giving the exam.
  • Choose an appropriate language as part of the language section.
  • Select the subjects based on the target university’s CUET eligibility criteria.
Q:   How many subjects can I choose for the CUET exam?
A:

From CUET UG 2026 onwards, candidates can now choose for five CUET subjects. Earlier, the subject choices were six. With the rediuction in number of CUET subjects, the choices have been reduced. Candidates can opt for five subjects from 23 domain subjects of any stream irrespective of subjects studied in class 12th. 

Q:   When to apply for CUET exam 2026?
A:

Candidates can apply for CUET exam 2026 till February 04, 2026. NTA has released the CUET application form 2026 online at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates must make sure to register for CUET exam and select appropriate CUET subjects to be eligible for admissions. CUET UG application form 2026 commenced on January 03.

Q:   Who is eligible for CUET UG exam?
A:

NTA has released the CUET eligibility criteria.

  • Students who have passed class 12th exam or are appearing for final examinations will be eligible to apply for CUET exam. 
  • Student must have scored 50% marks in total (general category) or 45% marks (SC/ST and other categories).
  • There is no age limit to apply for CUET UG 2026 exam. However, candidates are advised to check the university and course wise criteria for admissions.

Harcourt Butler Technical University CUET UG cutoff 2023 was released for admission to the BBA course. The cutoff in the last round was 51 for the BBA course.

Yes, Gurugram University does accept CUET UG and CUET PG for admission to its UG & PG courses respectively. The exam is accepted for selective courses only. Some of the courses for which CUET is accepted are - BBA, BSc, LLB, MSc, MBA, etc.

No, CUET exam is not compulsory to take admission in Christ College of Science and Management. The admissions are done on merit basis. Final selections are based on marks scored in qualifying exam and interview performance.
