CUET PG 2025 Botany exam was conducted successfully on March 13, 2025 from 9 to 10:30 AM. The overall exam difficulty level was found to be moderate, and questions required more analytical and practical skills to answer the questions. NTA has sucessfully conducted CUET PG Botany 2025 exam on March 13, 2025 in shift 1 from 9 AM  to 10:30 PM. This national level exam will provide admissions to the MSc Boatny courses in more than 190 CUET PG participating universities like national, state level, deemed and private in nature. This makes the  CUET PG 2025 exam highly competitive and as per last year candidates statistics, around  12000 candidates appeared for the CUET PG Botany exam
CUET PG 2025 Exam Analysis provides the exam difficulty level, high weightage, memory-based questions, and good scores based on the candidates reactions. As per  CUET PG 2025 Day 1 feedbacks taken by test takers, the overall exam difficulty level is  moderate. As compared to the previous year, the question difficulty level is slightly high in  Statistics and Botany subjects papers. Q:   What is maximum marks to prepare CUET PG cutoff?
A:

Since there is a change in the exam pattern of the CUET PG 2024 exam. Now the total marks for which the exam will be conducted have been reduced from 400 to 300 marks as the total number of questions has also been reduced from 100 to 75.

So the CUET PG cutoff will be prepared out of a total of 300 marks depending on the no of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam and their respective categories.

A:

CUET PG Good Score will also enable candidates to strategically allocate time and resources for different subjects based on their difficulty level and weightage. Many of the top NIRF Ranking institutes like JNU, University of Delhi, BHU, TISS, and Central University of Hyderabad will require a score higher than the average score in CUET PG, due to the high competition level for these universities. On average 180-195 will be considered to be a good score in CUET PG 2025 exam.

  • SC/ST- 155-170

The overall difficulty level of CUET PG 2025 Botany exam was easy to moderate. Questions were more asked from genetics, plant molecular biology. The exam officials also asked a few questions on scientifc names of some plants (angiosperms and gymnosperms). There were few questions which were one liners and to answer other questions, conceptual and practical domain knowledge was required.

Good Attempt: 55-60 questions.

No, candidates are not allowed to take the CUET PG question paper or any other exam-related material outside the examination hall after the Computer Based Test (CBT) is over.
