The overall difficulty level of CUET PG 2025 Botany exam was easy to moderate. Questions were more asked from genetics, plant molecular biology. The exam officials also asked a few questions on scientifc names of some plants (angiosperms and gymnosperms). There were few questions which were one liners and to answer other questions, conceptual and practical domain knowledge was required.
