Universities accepting CUET scores will commence CUET UG B.Sc. admission 2026 in July. Aspirants wanting to pursue B.Sc. course must know the course specializations, eligibility criteria, subject combination and admission process of their target college. NTA will start CUET UG 2026 from May 11 in CBT mode.
CUET B.Sc. Admission
The CUET B.Sc. application form has been released by NTA on January 03, 2026. Aspirants seeking admission to B.Sc. course through CUET UG must apply for the entrance exam by January 30, 2026. CUET B.Sc. admission process 2026 of each participating university will begin on their Admission Portal shortly after NTA declares the CUET result. Candidates who will appear for CUET 2026 will be able to fill university-wise CUET counselling registration form. After universities release the CUET cut off list or merit list, registered eligible candidates must participate in the counselling process. Common University Entrance Test (UG-2026) will be conducted between May 11 and May 31. The mode of examination will be computer based test. CUET B.Sc. Admission Eligibility
The CUET B.Sc. eligibility criteria for different universities is released on their official website and NTA CUET website. Check the table below for CUET eligibility criteria for B.Sc. course at top central universities.

CUET UG counselling process schedule is announced by the participating universities after the declaration of CUET results. The process will be conducted separately by the universities and it will not be a centralised counselling system. The CUET 2025 counselling process will have the following stages:
- Each participating institute will release its individual rank list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process of CUET 2025.
- Candidates will have to register online and then appear in online counselling followed by offline counselling.
- Upon seat allotment, candidates will have to pay the admission fee and report to institutes to accept the admission offer.
- Qualifying examination certificate

- Reservation category certificate
- Photocopies of original documents
Go on the official website of university/organaisation. Check the courses offered and eligibility test that they should appear in for admission to desired course. Students who wish to gain admission to B.Sc. courses through the Common University Entrance Test must know the CUET 2026 admission process to be followed. Below are the stages of admission.
- Register for CUET UG exam
- Select CUET subjects required for the target course
- Appear for the entrance test
- Fill & submit target university's CUET counselling registration form.
- Check the university's CUET Cut Off and Seat Allottment
- If eligible, accept seat and appear for their CUET Counselling
- Get the documents verified to confirm admission
CUET B.Sc. Subject Combination
Apart from educational and age criteria, universities lay down a list of CUET subject combinations for each offered course. To be eligible for admission to the target College, students must ensure they select the UG subjects required for their course specialization in the CUET online form. It is necessary because a candidate who fulfills other admission requirements but has not appeared for the required subjects will not be able to participate in the counselling process. NTA has started registration process for CUET. Aspiring candidates can now apply for Common University Entrance Test (UG) by January 30, 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in.

Candidates could re-apply for CUET exam 2026. NTA reopned the CUET application form 2026 online window. Candidates must have registered for CUET exam and selected appropriate CUET subjects to be eligible for admissions. CUET UG application form 2026 window has been closed.
Once National Testing Agency has issued the CUET intimation slip or admit card, the request for change in exam centre will not be entertained. Candidates cannot change the exam city or alloted exam centre once the CUET admit cards are released. Candidates must report at the allotted centre on given date and time.
From CUET UG 2026 onwards, candidates can now choose for five CUET subjects. Earlier, the subject choices were six. With the rediuction in number of CUET subjects, the choices have been reduced. Candidates can opt for five subjects from 23 domain subjects of any stream irrespective of subjects studied in class 12th.

No, CUET is not compulsory for admissions in the institute. The UG admissions are based on Class 12 marks. Students have to fill the application form on the Rajasthan University official website. The university allocates seats in all courses on the basis of merit scores.
