A specialised placement cell at Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC) works with hospitals, organizations, and other healthcare facilities to help place students in jobs. There is no minimum aggregate requirements to get into a BSc course of Delhi University. The students seeking admission must be Class 12 or equivalent examination pass to get admission. Delhi University placement process is conducted through Centralized Placement Cell and Department Placement Cell, which varies from college to college. Other than this, the placement period at DU is between August and December. However, it may vary from college and department.

The 2025 placement data is out for Miranda House. However, for JMC it is yet to be released. According to the official brochure, the highest package offered during Miranda House placements 2025 stood at INR 19 LPA. The highest salary grabbed by Jesus and Mary College students in 2024 stood at INR 23.05 LPA. Other than this, the highest package offered during Gargi College placements 2024 stood at INR 23.05 LPA as well.

For seat allocation at DU, students are required to lock their college and course preferences after the result is out. Delhi University will consider normalised scores provided by NTA to calculate the merit scores as per programme specific eligibility. The highest possible preference will be provisionally allocated to the candidates considering the following
criteria:

• Category of the students (UR/ OBC-NCL/ SC/ ST/ EWS/ Minority)
• Availability of seats
• Any other allocation rules, policies, or criteria citied by (CSAS (UG)- 2025) or University of Delhi
