For 2023, cut off was 2694 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology. To secure a seat at IIT Bombay for CSE, the candidate must obtain the neccessary rank as per the cutoff list. For admission to BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, the cutoff was 23 for EWS All India category candidates. Therefore, the EWS AI category candidates obtaining a rank of 23 or below can easily secure a seat in BTech in CSE, as per the last round of cutoff list.

Candidates must have pass JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced to get admission in IIT Bombay BTech Computer Science Engineering. Out of all the specialisations, CSE is competitive and popular among students.

Complete the syllabus: All of the questions in the exams are taken from the JEE Main and JEE Advanced syllabuses. Some questions will be used to assess your ability to apply the concept, but they are not from the syllabus.

Make a revision strategy: Making a schedule that works. Do not attempt anything new right before the exam, as candidates may forget what they have already learned.

Candidates wishing to get into BTech course of IIT Bombay have to qualify for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced. The selected candidates based on JEE score are allotted seat through JoSAA Counselling. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to apply for JEE Main. BTech course aspirants have to apply through JEE Main by filling out an application form through the National Testing Agency (NTA) official website (nta.ac.in). The application fee for boys is INR 1,000 and INR 800 for girls (general/gen-EWS/OBC (NCL) category). Followed by JEE Main, students have to register for JEE Advanced. For this, candidates have to first login with their JEE Main 2023 application number and password. Further, candidates have to fill out the registration form, upload scanned certificates, and pay the application fee.
