LPU MSc Admission 2026: How to Apply?
LPU MSc admission to all the above-mentioned specialisations is done through an online mode. Candidates, fulfilling the eligibility criteria need to apply online through the LPU admission portal. The common LPU application process is shown below:

The detailed process to apply for LPU admission is mentioned below:
Step 1: Signup
- Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile number, state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registration.
- Login to the LPUADMIT with an already created username/ password
Step 2: Application for admission
Candidates can continue to take admission and then apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes):
- Fill in the application form
- Select the programme from the available course list
- Make an initial payment of INR 10,000 (which consists of an application fee of INR 500, rest is part of the programme fee for the first semester). After making the payment, the University will dispatch the prospectus at the correspondence address (entered in the application form) and a unique provisional registration no. will be generated and sent to the registered email-id.
- Upload the required documents. All the submitted documents are verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines during admission.
- Deposit the balance fee within the timelines as prescribed by LPU
Step 3: Apply for LPUNEST
Lovely Professional University conducts an online eligibility/scholarship test, LPU NEST basis which students can avail a number of scholarships.
- Deposit the test fee: The cost for the application form and soft copy of the LPU NEST Kit is INR 1,000 (for boys) and INR 500 (for girls) and fill the application form of LPUNEST.
Step 4: Book the exam slot and appear for it
- Candidates are now required to book a slot (with their preference of date and time) to appear for LPUNEST
- Appear and qualify the test
List of documents to be uploaded with the application form:
- Recent photograph
- Mark sheet and passing certificates of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
- Qualifying exam certificate/ mark sheet
- Address proof
Also, students are advised to carry the following documents (both the original and the copy) at the time of reporting to the University campus:
- Certificate and mark sheet of Class 10 and Class 12
- Character/ school leaving/ transfer document
- Entrance test rank/ score card (if applicable)
- Three passport-size photographs of the student
- Proof of residence
- Aadhaar Card of the students and their parents
- A self-attested anti-ragging affidavit signed by both the students and their parents
- Income Affidavit

Lovely Professional University Review.
Placements: The placements in our course were decent. The highest package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average package was between 3–4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Lupin, Sun Pharma, Mankind, etc. Around 80 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. All the required instruments were available for practicals. The campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Mess and canteen food were good. Medical facility was present. Multiple sports complexes were present.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members was good. The course curriculum was relevant. The college provided the lab to gain practical experience; it depends on the student. Semester examinations were moderate.

Placements: The percentage of students opted for this course was 30%. The students of this course got the highest package of 15 LPA, and the lowest package of 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Agri-Associate, Kincannon & Reed, AG HeadHunters, and Keller Executive Search. 70% of students got internships in these companies. Top roles offered in research and development to practical farm management and even business-oriented positions.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college was well planned and developed. The whole campus was covered with Wi-Fi. Classrooms had smart boards. Labs were updated with the latest technology computers. We also had apple lab. The food available in mess and canteen was freshly prepared and delivered in well-packed containers. The campus had medical facilities, and also organised annual sports meet.
Faculty: Teachers were disciplined and qualified. They were regular in lectures and always taught with sincerity. The teaching quality was excellent. The curriculum was relevant, and made the students ready for industrial work. The semester exams were average, and the passing criteria was to score 40% marks in each subject.
Other: I joined this course because I had a great interest in agro fields. This course will improve my knowledge about fertilizers and organic farming. Campus organised events such as carbuncle, maestros, and other cultural events. The students were also sponsored with a scholarship according to their marks in 12th standard.

Placements: LPU was the best university for placements. So many students have joined my course. Agriculture was very useful in our future. So many top companies had come to our university. LPU was the topmost university in India. Many students got internships in our batch.
Infrastructure: We have the best infrastructure. LPU was looking very beautiful only because of one reason infrastructure. We had a stocked library. All classrooms had AC, and hostel rooms were very nice, and it was very super, and the washrooms were clean. We had so many canteens here. We had hospital and sports.
Faculty: Best faculty in LPU. They are well qualified, educated, and knowledgeable. They have so many years of experience in teaching. Their teaching skills were very amazing. Students could understand very easily. This course was relevant to the agriculture department.

The campus life is too good.
Placements: Top roles would be sales and human resources roles, which are common to all streams.
Others would be an intern, food product developer, processing intern, or quality control associate.
Bd Agro, Nestle, and Hunger Box are the main recruiters in our university.
Infrastructure: Mess has different varieties of food available with hygiene. WiFi is available on campus and in the hostels. Classrooms have Wi-Fi and smart projectors for classes. Labs and libraries are well equipped with all the needs, and there's a person to guide.
Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent. There's a guide to help us with research dissertation work. Also a personal mentor who will sort academic and non-academic problems. Exams are moderate, but we should obviously study. Teachers provide us with enough material.
Other: All cultures and festivals are celebrated encouraging one another. The crowd is so cheerful and positive. Scholarships make it easy for us to afford the study and campus life.

Placements: Over 95% of the total strength of students got placed and the highest package offered was INR 10 lacs per annum; the average package offered was INR 6 lacs per annum. Meta, Adobe, Amazon, and Google were some of the top recruiting companies. The top roles offered were Web Designer, UI Designer, etc.
Infrastructure: Various laboratories with high-end computers (which have elite-level of software programs installed) are present, some of which are multimedia labs, animation labs, graphic design labs, etc. The classrooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology. A huge collection of books is available in the library.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers were extremely helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, along with having an excellent understanding of the subject matter.
