Overall, education, infrastructure, and the hostel are good, but food is the only problem.

Placements: The placement percentage is up to 80 to 90 percent. The highest package is around 35 LPA, and the lowest is around 8 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company. About 70 percent of students get internships. Top roles for a B.Tech in CSE (Internet of Things & Cyber Security) degree include IoT developer, cybersecurity analyst, data scientist, and network security engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and the hostels are also good. The library facility is very good. We can also access the college Wi-Fi. The classrooms are also good. Medical facilities are also good. However, the food is average. It's not bad, but it is average. Sports and games facilities are also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are also good. All of them have done their Ph.D. The curriculum is also good and relevant to the GATE syllabus, so we can easily prepare for GATE from this syllabus. The semester exams are a bit tough at Sastra University. The pass percentage is 50%.

Other: We have three major events here. Daksh, Kurusastra, and Collosium.

A perfect university for a disciplined graduate

Placements: We are currently in our second year at SASTRA and are pleased with the placement information we have received from our seniors. Our college offers an average placement of 9 LPA, which is fairly good considering the current condition of placements in other colleges.

Infrastructure: This college provides good classroom environments with certified and well-trained staff and wider opportunities for research. Wi-Fi is available here too. But we should not expect a lot from the canteen, though. The rooms are really well made now that we have new hostels.

Faculty: Exams are truly designed to test your theoretical and practical skills, with twisting questions that sometimes leave even the brightest students blinking at them, but with simple logic that emphasises the fundamentals. Exams are valued accurately, and the results are almost always unquestionable.

I am very satisfied with this college because the fee is pretty low compared to other universities.

Placements: About 85% of the students will get placed in our course. The highest package was about 44 LPA. The top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, and Bajaj. About 40% of the students will get internships in companies. A data analyst is the top role. The average package is about 8 LPA. They also provide scholarships to the students who are eligible.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and the labs are well-designed for our course. Wi-Fi is provided within our campus and is only accessible to laptops. The food is pretty average in the college hostel, and there are 4 canteens present on the campus. There are different playgrounds for different sports.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced in this course. All the teachers are Ph.D. graduates from good universities. The exams are very difficult, and the questions are all asked based on real-life applications. About 80% of the students will pass.

Other: Well, I am very interested in this course. The university conducts three fests in each semester: Kurukshetra, Daksh, and Colosseum. They also provide scholarships like Lakshmi Charities.
