- A pass in +2 (or its equivalent). Those appearing for 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in March/April/May 2023 can appear for VTUEEE 2023
- Candidates must have completed class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board
- For B.Tech, the eligibility is class 12 with 60% aggregate, and the selection criteria include VTUEEE or merit-based admission
Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R and D Institute of Science and Technology or Vel Tech University conducts VITUEEE for admission to BTech programme. The test is conducted in 2 phases in computer-based mode. The test includes a total of 90 questions, 30 each for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
