IIT Mandi BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
IIT Mandi offers a full-time BTech in nine specialisations. These specialisations include Engineering Physics, Microelectronics & VLSI, Computer Science and Engineering, etc. The duration of these courses is four years, further divided into eight semesters. Additionally, the institute also offers an integrated BTech + MTech in Bioengineering. The duration of the dual-degree programme is five years.
IIT Mandi admission for BTech is through JEE Main, followed by JEE Advanced. Seats are allocated to applicants who clear the required cut-off through JoSAA counselling.
