Placements: The percentage of placements is increasing every year with a good record. It should be said that this college is the best in India for doing integrated M.Sc and M.Sc courses in applied mathematics. Placement percentage, as well as the average package provided to the students, has increased to a large extent.

Infrastructure: The hostel and all other facilities are above average. The infrastructure at the place where we study is up to the mark and brilliant. The college must be recommended on the basis of this. Any individual can have an amazing experience in such a diverse college.

Faculty: The faculty of the college are the best. The course structure is designed in such a way that the student would learn many things without his/her time being wasted. There are a vast number of courses available from PhD to B.Tech including M.Sc. This institution has a huge history. So, focus on the entrance and be a part of this college. Many in-campus activities are conducted.

The most beautiful campus I have ever seen.

Placements: I am one of those who got the campus placement, and frankly, I want to share that I am the only person from my branch who got the campus placement. It does not mean that IITR placement is not good. It happened because my classmates are not serious about placement. Most of my classmates go for higher studies. If I talk about the data of placement 2017, there are about 1400 registered student, and the total offered campus placements are about 1000. If I added the students who got admission in higher studies, this count increases by about 200. If you are serious about placement, then there are 90 to 98% chance that you will get placement. For the internship, IITR students mostly do internship off campus. In 2017, about 250 companies come to campus for placement. If you are an average student, then you simply get 6-10 lakh annual package. IITR placement offered all types of role. Dream a job, IITR placement will provide you with the job.

Infrastructure: The campus is very good. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, and it has a common password, so no worry about search history. The campus has advanced level classrooms. IITR was established in 1847, so the central library has a lot of books collection. You can find some religious book in IITR library. IITR has a small and beautiful hospital with an emergency ward. If I talk about sports in IITR, there are five grounds and one special ground for hockey and one for football, and there are two separate indoor sections, one in MAC, and another is in sports council. Every department has a separate library, and one computer lab and some departments have canteen also. In two words, I want to say that "life lives here".

Faculty: The professors are very knowledgeable. They are friendly with students, sometimes we (IITR Students) enjoy festivals with faculty and their family. They invite us on different occasions. We have a defined course structure, as well as syllabus so generally professor, follow it, but they also motivate us to study beyond the syllabus, and sometimes they also defined current scenario which is related to our syllabus. If you have any problem, IITR has at least one person who solves your problems. If I talk about the qualification of faculty, we have faculty graduated from the best college in India including IISC, IIT, IIM, AIIMS as well as from outside of India also.
