I'm fully satisfied with everything, and it is the most amazing thing happened to me.

Placements: The placements are good, but not many students got placed in M.Sc. Physics. In B.Tech courses, 100% placements are provided. If M.Sc. Physics, students who want to get placed have to work hard and do various internships which add perks to their CV.

Infrastructure: Our college has a world-class sports complex with a swimming pool, squash court, gym, badminton, tennis court, cricket ground, football ground, pool table etc. There is no doubt that IIT Roorkee enjoys some of the greatest infrastructure and facilities that there could be in any institute.

Faculty: The faculty members are good. Some of them are excellent, and some of them hold world-class ranks. The way of teaching is very peculiar, which can only be found in IITs. The courses are good here. I'm feeling lucky to be a part of IITR. The curriculum is the same as the curriculum followed by any of the top 6 IITs.

Other: The college organises many events, like a cultural fest named Thomso, a sports fest named Sangram and a tech fest named Cognisance. Not only technical, core and academics, the IIT atmosphere also gives you an opportunity for all round development. IIT Roorkee is an excellent college with all the modern infrastructure available.

I'm fully satisfied with everything. Coming to IITR, it is the most amazing thing happen to me.

Placements: The placements are good, but not that much people from M.Sc physics get placed from here, but for B.Tech courses, 100% placements are assured. If M.Sc physics guy wants to get placed, then he/she has to work hard and have to do a various internship which keens on adding perks to your CV, then only he/she will get placed.

Infrastructure: In this college, there is an excellent Wi-Fi facility, excellent labs, and good A/C classrooms. The medical facility are also provided. A number of sports ground and various courts like tennis, badminton is also provided in this college. In every hostel, there are 2-3 tennis courts. We also have night games facility, so sometimes we play all the night.

Faculty: The faculty members are good. Some of them are excellent, and some of them hold world-class ranks. The way of teaching is very peculiar which can only found in IITs. The courses are good here. I'm feeling lucky to be a part of IITR curriculum, and it is same as the curriculum followed by any other top 6 IITs.

Other: The college organises great fest. The campus is amazing. There is good connectivity and has a sufficient number of extracurricular activities which are organised in this college. If you are economically weak, don't worry, you will get the scholarship.
