Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Varanasi offers a two-year MTech programme spread across four semesters. BTech graduates, fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for any of the various MTech specialisations. The Institute offers MTech in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Biochemical Engineering, Decision Sciences & Engineering, etc. IIT Varanasi MTech admission is through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). - Passport-size photograph with white background (JPEG/ JPG format only)
- Scanned copy of Category certificate (for SC/ST) in pdf format
- Scanned copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable) in pdf format
- Scanned copy of Certificate of Dyslexia (if applicable) in pdf format
