It's really worth it. Infrastructure is average. Placements offered were good. Good facilities.

Placements: Around 60 students were offered campus placements, and approximately 21 were placed. The highest package that was offered was 22 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA. To provide society with world-class competitive professionals in biomedical engineering by making the department the best through its faculty and graduates, which is a driving force in creating biomedical knowledge and novel biomedical technology that improve the human condition through the advancement of health care and biomedical sciences, among the topmost in India.

Infrastructure: There are in total 9 labs in the biomedical department and it has a variety of equipment that is studied and used for various activities. The institute provides a limited residential facility for boys and girls. There are 5 boys and 3 girls on the campus. The total accommodation capacity of boys hostels is 1180 and for girls, it's 415. Hostel facilities include free Wi-Fi, indoor games, outdoor games, mess, water coolers, tv and a gym.

Faculty: The teachers here are really helpful and knowledgeable; their teaching quality shows how qualified they are. Yes, this course makes students industry-ready, as NIT has a collaboration with AIIMS Raipur, so we can visit various hospitals, and it's easy for us. Semester exams are just a little bit tough but if you have studied well, you can score well.

Other: Biomedical engineering is a core branch where you can go for further studies and become a researcher or a scientist. There are 13 clubs and committees in our college, and various fests and events are held.

It has good infrastructure, faculty, security, placements, internship and sports.

Placements: A total of 70 students have been successfully placed in our course, with the highest package being 21 LPA, the lowest package being 10 LPA, and an average package of 14 LPA. Renowned companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Tata (TCS), Tata Steel, Reliance, Jindal Steel, Adobe, Phone Pay, Paytm, and Vedanta LMT have offered placements to our students. Additionally, 80% of our students have secured internships, showcasing their leadership abilities, industrial skills, event management expertise, and coordination capabilities.

Infrastructure: Our college offers a wide range of facilities, including Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, a library, and classrooms with ample amenities. The warden and caretaker are known for their humility, and the hostel provides good-quality food. Additionally, the hostel also features a sports complex. Furthermore, there is a newly built sports complex on the college campus.

Faculty: The teachers are highly supportive, extensively trained, and possess excellent qualifications. The teaching quality is commendable, and the curriculum is entirely aligned with the industrial sector, preparing students for practical applications. The semester exams are moderately challenging, and the pass percentage is determined by the performance of the top scorers.

Other: My goal is to gain knowledge about the application of technologies in the field of medical science. Our course focuses on the development of the health sector through the utilization of various technologies. However, I believe that there is room for improvement in our curriculum. Additionally, our college campus is vibrant with numerous extracurricular activities, including monthly events and an annual festival. Furthermore, scholarships are also provided to students.

For placements, NIT Raipur is excellent, but the main disadvantage lies in the limited hostel seats.

Placements: Around 85% of the students are eligible to sit in the placements. However, some students opt for higher studies, and a significant factor is that those with backlogs in their semester cannot sit in the placements. In our NIT Raipur, for the biomedical branch, the highest salary offered was around 29 CTC, with the median ranging from 9 to 12 CTC, and the lowest being around 6 to 7 CTC. Note: No core companies visit for placements in biomedical engineering. Top recruiting companies include ZS Associates, Z Scalar, Dassault, and PhonePe, which have visited for biomedical engineering. In our course, almost all students secure internships at AIIMS Raipur, arranged by the college itself; otherwise, students explore internships in non-core areas. Top roles offered in my college include B.Ed Data Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, and Software Developer roles.

Infrastructure: In our department, the infrastructure is quite good, with all equipment available in the lab and in good condition. Additionally, there is an excellent library with AC facilities, and free Wi-Fi is provided within the college campus. Speaking of hostels, there are a limited number of seats available. For 1st-year students, hostel seats are allocated based on JEE Main ranks, and in case of ties, distance is considered. From 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years, students can get hostels according to their CPI. However, the quality of food is good.

Faculty: The faculty members are truly excellent, adept at teaching and very friendly. They have all completed their degrees at IIT, so there is no need to worry about the quality of teaching. The curriculum is also very consistent, making it easy for students to manage their studies and score well. Yes, the question papers are a bit challenging, as they are filled with conceptual questions and also include fill-in-the-blank types. So, students may face some difficulty in clearing exams, but regular attendance and diligent studying can help you succeed.

Other: I chose this course because biomedical engineering encompasses both biology and electronics subjects. Since I come from a biology background with knowledge in electronics, I found this course fitting.

My college better in education and producing great engineers for development of country .

Placements: About 55 percent student got placement there is 22 lacs the highest and average 11 LPA and the lowest is 8 LPA there is TCS and phonpay there are something 10 to 20 percent student got internship in few companies which should impact on him about medical sensors and biological impact on him .

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in not much good due to lack of hostels we have to live outside the campus by taking room on rent the quality of hostel is good there is food quality is good and there is free medical and sport facility is also good .

Faculty: Yes the teacher is here all very well qualified and educated some are Ph.D. holders and some are M.Sc. and M.Teach psor graduates his teaching quality is also good yes the course is relevant and yes this makes industry for students the semester exams are not much difficult as much as other expect the pass percentage is 95.

Other: I choose this course because I have deeply interest in medical and engineering combined course the best thing is it has provides more knowledge I like to improve that there is no market value of this course more in market .

NIT raipur is very underrated NIT.

Placements: The seniors secured employment at the beginning of their fourth year. Nearly 54% of students were placed in the initial two rounds, with the highest package offered by the edtech company Vedantu being 44 lacs. The college provides opportunities for exposure in various fields. The lowest package offered was 8.9 lacs, making it a favorable placement outcome.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi connection boasts a speed of more than 1 gbps, while the library surpasses the average of basic private colleges in terms of size. However, not everyone has access to the hostel, as it is allocated based on JEE rank for the first year, and subsequent years require good scores in specific semesters. The college grounds are decent, although they lack proper maintenance.

Faculty: The teachers at my branch are extremely supportive and always available to assist us whenever we need help. They provide excellent guidance for our exams, and the course curriculum is highly relevant to the needs of industries, which we all find enjoyable. The semester exams are manageable, requiring us to study diligently beforehand, and the passing ratio is nearly 100 percent.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in Medical field instruments such as ECG, EEG, ERG, etc. The best thing about my course is that I get all the equipment in the college labs. The libraries should be made bigger, and more books should be available.

Final inspection of the biennial Joint Help Wing of the State Defence Academy Senior Secondary School inspection conducted by the National Institute of Unsealed Schools with a minimum of 5 subjects. The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) recognized each Community School, Board, or institution in the Republic of India or any external State as equivalent to the higher secondary Certificate Vocational Qualification. A Diploma recognised by AICTE or a Certificate issued by a Technical Education Board of less than 3 years in duration. General Certificate of Education (GCE) study in London, Cambridge, Sri Lanka with a view to obtaining an advanced degree. A secondary school certificate review at a Cambridge institution or an international Baccalaureate Diploma at a Transnational Baccalaureate Office in Geneva. Hello Sreedhar, I am afraid NIT's do not give admission based on lateral mode. For getting admission in NIT's you need to appear for and clear JEE Mains with good marks. Best wishes to you.
