• Candidates can apply for more than one UGPP course in a given academic year.
• Candidates who apply for SMEAT 2026 in any one round will not be able to appear for the entire or part of SMEAT 2026 in any subsequent Round.
• Candidates can apply to any number of UGPP courses offered in one application.
• When applying for more than one course, the Candidates must choose courses in order of preference.

• Application forms for the Academic Year 2026-27 are available from the Srishti Manipal Admissions webpage.
• All forms are to be submitted via the online application process
• All application forms must have the required documents as listed uploaded.
• The non-refundable application fee is to be paid online through the payment portal provided with the online application.
• All submitted documents and fees paid will be verified by the Srishti Manipal Office.
• Sishti Manipal will not inform Candidates if the application is incomplete. Incomplete applications will be disqualified, and application fees will not be refunded.
• Once the application is submitted, changes are not possible, and requests to do so will not be entertained

Aspirants have to follow the process below to register for the Srishti Entrance and Aptitude Test (SMEAT).

On the registration portal, click on the "Apply Online" link. In the registration form that opens, enter basic details like name, email address, mobile number, state, city, program level, program name, and course. etc.

Email Verification

After submitting the registration form, candidates will receive a verification link in their email. Open your email ID and click on the link given.

Click on the “Apply Now” tab next to the course for which a candidate wishes to apply. The application form will open, after which candidates need to fill in their personal, educational, and contact details. Some fields that aspirants need to fill in the application form are as follows:

Pay the Application Fee

Next, candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode. The application fee for the exam is non-refundable. The SMEAT Registration fee 2026 is expected to be around INR 2,000.

Finally, after completing all the above-mentioned steps, candidates should submit the form online.

SMEAT Registration 2026: Important points 

1. Applicants can apply to any number of courses offered within the defined program in one application. When applying for more than one course, the applicant must choose courses in order of preference.
2. Applicants who apply for SMEAT in any one round are not to apply to any course under the same program (B.Des, BFA, B.Voc, M.A, M.Des, PGDP) in the subsequent Round. Applicants can apply to a course under a different program in subsequent Rounds.
3. When applying for more than one course, the applicant must choose courses in order of preference.
4. Applicants must take Test 1 and Test 2. Both tests are mandatory.

Candidates need to upload or attach the following documents with the SMEAT 2026 application form:

• Self-attested copies of Class 10 & Class 12 or equivalent copies of mark sheets/ transcripts
• Copy of birth certificate/Class X certificate
• Copy of photo ID issued by the Government of India - Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Aadhar Card
• Two recent passport-size colored photographs with a white background
• Handwritten Personal Statement in blue ink to be attached separately
• Completed application form (Part 1 & Part 2)
• Demand Draft
• Portfolio of Work (for PG course admissions)
