
SMEAT Application 2026: The Application form for Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology for B.Des and M.Des programmes for the year 2026 is open. All the candidates willing to get admission in the institute will have to appear for the SMEAT Entrance Examination 2026.
SMEAT Application comes in rounds. SMEAT 2026 is expected to have three rounds of registration for UG and PG programmes. The application fee for B.Des and M.Des will be INR 2,000. The SMEAT 2026 registration is to close on March 15, 2026 for B.Des and March 14, 2026 for M.Des.
SMEAT Entrance Exams 2026 will be conducted in three rounds for B.Des and M.Des. Exams will be conducted between the third week of April 2026.

SMEAT 2026 Eligibility
Check the eligibility Criteria for SMEAT 2026.
- Candidates can apply for more than one UGPP course in a given academic year.
- Candidates who apply for SMEAT 2026 in any one round will not be able to appear for the entire or part of SMEAT 2026 in any subsequent Round.
- Candidates can apply to any number of UGPP courses offered in one application.
- When applying for more than one course, the Candidates must choose courses in order of preference.
- An Admissions Timeline with dates, deadlines and deliverables is shown on the Srishti Manipal Admissions page of the website. Information on this is updated regularly and all responsibility for checking any changes rests entirely with the candidates.
- Application forms for the Academic Year 2026-27 are available from the Srishti Manipal Admissions webpage.
- All forms are to be submitted via the online application process
- All application forms must have the required documents as listed uploaded.
- The non-refundable application fee is to be paid online through the payment portal provided with the online application.
- All submitted documents and fees paid will be verified by the Srishti Manipal Office.
- Sishti Manipal will not inform Candidates if the application is incomplete. Incomplete applications will be disqualified, and application fees will not be refunded.
- Once the application is submitted, changes are not possible, and requests to do so will not be entertained

SMEAT exam is conducted in two parts, Test 1 and Test 2. Both tests are mandatory. The duration of each test is 90 minutes and the total marks are 50 for each test.
Test 1 (T1) is a General Test of Ability and Test 2 (T2) is a Test of Creative Competencies.
SMEAT is a national level entrance exam conducted by the Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology. For the current academic session, the entrance exam has three admission rounds. Note that for each round, the application process will be conducted separately.
The 2nd round of admission process is currently ongoing.

Steps to Fill SMEAT 2026 Application Form

Aspirants have to follow the process below to register for the Srishti Entrance and Aptitude Test (SMEAT).
On the registration portal, click on the "Apply Online" link. In the registration form that opens, enter basic details like name, email address, mobile number, state, city, program level, program name, and course. etc.

After submitting the registration form, candidates will receive a verification link in their email. Open your email ID and click on the link given.

Next, candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode. The application fee for the exam is non-refundable. The SMEAT Registration fee 2026 is expected to be around INR 2,000.

- Applicants can apply to any number of courses offered within the defined program in one application. When applying for more than one course, the applicant must choose courses in order of preference.
