Documents required for UCEED Registration

If you want to apply for UCEED Entrance Exam 2027, then you must fill the UCEED Registration form. Before filling the UCEED form, candidates must have all the documents required to fill the form. Read on to know the list of documents required to fill the UCEED application form.

List of documents required for UCEED registration

UCEED Application form 2027 can only be filled online at uceedapp.iitb.ac.in/UCEED/home.jsp. Candidates must have all the documents such as photographs, signatures, marksheets, age proof certificate, Aadhaar card, etc. All the information must be filled correctly and documents must be uploaded in the correct format. Candidates must note that there is no Application edit window available for UCEED Application form, unlike in the case of NIFT and NID. So, a lot of precautions must be taken at the time of filling the form for UCEED Exam 2027.

New users should click on Register to create their account with the IITB external user registration portal. New users will require a valid email ID, which shall be verified by sending an email verification message.

List of Documents required to fill UCEED Registration Form 2027

The list of documents required to fill the UCEED Application Form 2027 is given below.

1. Scanned copy of Photograph: A File containing your recent (within the last 6 months) colour photograph (.jpg file) as per the dimensions mentioned on the registration portal. Only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted.
2. Scanned copy of Signature: A clear image of your signature (.jpg file). 
3. Age Proof: A document for proof of age, such as SSC certificate/ Passport/ Birth certificate, needs to be submitted (only PDF format with the file extension .pdf will be accepted).
4. Qualifying examination certificate: If a candidate has appeared in 2026, then he needs to attach a qualifying examination certificate in PDF format (file extension .pdf). For candidates appearing in 2027 for the Class XII exam, a certificate from the school/college Principal or the Authorized official from the Board in the given format (Appendix 1) should be uploaded (only PDF format with file extension .pdf will be accepted). If the name is not the same as in the Class XII certificate, a gazette notification showing the name change is required.
5. EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL category Certificate: Candidates applying under the EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL category must produce valid category certificates (.pdf file) issued by appropriate authorities. EWS/OBC-NCL certificates issued on or after April 1, 2025, are accepted for the examination. If selected for admission, the candidates must produce a category certificate valid during the following year, i.e., issued on or after April 1, 2026. 
6. UDID (Unique Disability ID) card/certificate: Candidates applying under the physical disability (PwD) category should produce a valid UDID (Unique Disability ID) card/certificate (https://www.swavlambancard.gov.in). If this has yet to be obtained, a valid medical certificate (.pdf file) issued by the appropriate authority should be produced. The certificate must clearly state that the disability is at least 40% to avail the reservation. Dyslexic candidates are required to additionally obtain a certificate from the Principal/Head of their College/Institution as per Appendix. For Dyslexic candidates, the certificate must clearly state that the nature of disability is SEVERE and PERMANENT.
7. PwD candidates requiring the services of a scribe during the exam must upload a certificate, if applicable.

Format for uploading documents for UCEED Registration

•  Documents listed above should be uploaded as electronic files for UCEED 2027 online registration.
• Candidates should not send paper copies of these documents or any other documents to the UCEED-CEED office for registration.
• Admit Card and the Score Card of UCEED will have the photograph and signature submitted by the candidate during the UCEED Registration. Candidates should not submit poor-quality photographs and/or signatures because it may lead to the rejection of UCEED registration.
• It is the responsibility of the candidate to provide correct information while filling the UCEED Registration Form. If the registration forms are incomplete in any respect, they will be rejected and the registration will be considered invalid.
