UCEED Scorecard 2027 - IIT Bombay is expected to release the scorecard for UCEED 2027 in the second week of March 2027. The deadline for downloading the scorecard will be at the end of July 2027. The scorecard will be issued on the website of UCEED.
UCEED scorecard contains information like Part A marks, category-wise qualifying marks for UCEED and name and roll number of the candidate. However, common merit ranks (All India Ranks).
- Part B marks and UCEED Scores 2027 will be issued only for shortlisted candidates.
- The validity of the scorecard is one year from its release date.

- Go to Scorecard download link
- A redirected window will open
- Enter your email ID and password and log in
- On login, it will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take a printout of the scorecard.

Note that the Part B answer booklet will be evaluated only if the candidate qualifies Part A. Further, only such candidates who have qualified Part A will be shortlisted and allocated a merit rank.
This means if the candidates fail to qualify Part A of UCEED 2027, they will not be issued any merit ranks. The scorecards of such candidates will merely include Part A scores. In contrast, the screcards of shortlisted will include a merit rank, total and sectional scores. Further, all shortlisted candidates will be eligible to participate in UCEED 2027 and seat allotment.
UCEED result will be out on March 06, 2027. It will be available at uceed.iitb.ac.in. To check results, candidates need to log in to the Candidate portal using their email ID and password.

Candidate must have qualifed in UCEED 2027 exam.
Candidate must have passed all five subjects in 10+ 2 or an equivalent exam in 2026 or 2027. Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam for the first time in 2025 or earlier are NOT eligible.

Key Points related to the UCEED 2027 scorecard
Here are some of the important points that candidates need to know about the UCEED 2027 scorecard.
- The validity of the UCEED 2027 score will be for one year.
- All candidates who have appeared in the UCEED exam can download the scorecard.
- Scorecards must be downloaded online. The candidate has to download the scorecard using their login details from the UCEED portal.
- The UCEED scorecard will include the All India Rank, among other details.
- Obtaining a rank in UCEED 2027 doesn’t guarantee admission to the B.Des program.

The UCEED question paper will be of 3 hours and include two parts - The computer-based Part A and the offline-based Part B. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in both the paper. Also, Part B paper answer booklets will only be evaluated if the candidate qualifies Part A. IIT Bombay will release the cut-off marks for Part A before the declaration of results. Part A will include the following types of questions: Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Multiple Select Question (MSQ) Multiple Choice Question (MCQ).
IIT Bombay will declare the results of UCEED 2027 exam on March 6, 2027. The scorecards will be made available for download only from March 10, 2027. So, you will not be able to download the scorecard on the result day.

All shortlisted candidates will get a common merit rank (All India Rank). All shortlisted candidates are considered qualified candidates in UCEED 2027. Obtaining a rank in UCEED does NOT guarantee admission to the B.Des programme. Hard copies of the UCEED Score Card will not be available.

Next Step after UCEED 2027 Scorecard
- Apply to Participating Institutes and Result Sharing Institutes: Candidates who have qualified for B.Des need to fill the B.Des application form for the institutes. There is a common B.Des application form that needs to be filled to sit for the UCEED Counselling.
- UCEED Seat allocation will be based on the All-India Rank (merit order), reservation category and seat availability in each institute at the time of seat allocation.
The admission cutoff for UCEED 2027 will be released during seat allotment. The admission cutoff is the minimum rank one needs for admission. The cutoff (admission) is determined based on factors like seat intake, total applications received for admission, the category of the candidate, etc.

The UCEED 2027 Seat allotment process has FIVE rounds. The allotment of seats is done as per the UCEED 2027 merit rank of the candidate.

The registration fee for UCEED counselling 2027 is INR 4,000. Fees have to be paid in online mode. Candidates will also have to pay seat-acceptance fee, which is separate from the counseling fee.

To fill the Common application form for B.Des released by IIT Bombay,
- Digital copies of relevant supporting documents, and the signed copy of the completed application form.
- Supporting documents required for the application are digital copies of photograph, signature, UCEED Score Card, qualifying examination Mark Sheet (Class XII or equivalent), and where applicable, EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST Certificate, PwD Certificate, and OCI/PIO Card.
Yes, you need to qualify UCEED Part A to be included in the UCEED Merit List.
UCEED Part B question paper is not evaluated unless the candidate qualifies Part A. Further, only such candidates who have qualified Part A are shortlisted and are allocated a merit rank. In case of candidates who have failed to qualify Part A of UCEED, they are not issued any merit rank. Their scorecard merely includes Part A scores. In case of candidates who are shortlisted and are issued a merit rank, they can participate in UCEED and seat allotment.

Yes, there will be biometric verification at the UCEED 2027 exam centre. The biometric information (thumb impression and photograph) will be collected from the candidate before the commencement of the exam. On exam day, the candidate needs to bring with them a valid photo id proof and the admit card.
To avoid any last-minute unforeseen transaction issues, you should pay the seat acceptance fee for a round well before the end time/date of the corresponding round.
If the fee is not paid within the given deadline, allotment will be cancelled. Also, such seats will be offered to the candidate next in the order of merit.
Candidates from any academic stream are eligible to apply for UCEED exam. However, for admission to IIT Guwahati, it is mandatory for candidates to have passed Class 12 from the Science stream. The candidate needs to carefully go through the eligibility criteria before they apply. It is because the candidate will not be considered for admission to the B. Des programme even if they get a rank in UCEED if they don't meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Also, any candidate who is found to be using incorrect information about their eligibility stands to be disqualified if caught.
