Candidates are offered admission in undergraduate (UG) as well as postgraduate (PG) programmes offered at Indian Maritime University (IMU) and its affiliated institutes/colleges on the basis of their performance in All-India level Online Common Entrance Tests (CETs). IMU conducts separate CETs for admission in different courses. Thus, one IMU CET is conducted for admission in all UG programmes and another one for admission in the two MTech courses offered by the University. Apart from this, IMU conducts a separate CET to shortlist aspirants for admission in its two MBA courses.
IMU CET is of three hours duration and comprises of multiple choice questions.
