DDA Recruitment Through GATE 2025 will start soon after the completion of the GATE 2025 exam. The GATE 2025 exam will be held on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16. Candidates can check DDA PSU recruitment dates, registration process, fees, eligibility, pay scale and more.

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will release the notification for DDA Recruitment through GATE 2025 on the official website. The authority will open the recruitment for the post of Assistant Executive Trainees. Aspirants who have passed or studied Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering will be eligible to apply for DDA Recruitment through GATE 2025. The application form for DDA recruitment through GATE will be released online, where candidates can apply for the post of Assistant Executive Trainee. Candidates must register online and pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500 (General/ OBC categories only). SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM/Departmental candidates are exempt from paying the fee for DDA Recruitment through GATE 2025. Eligible candidates must participate in the Group Discussion/ Interview/ Joining at DDA.

Eligibility Criteria for DDA Recruitment through GATE 2025

DDA prescribes the eligibility criteria of DDA. Check the eligibility requirements from below.

Nationality - Indian nationals can apply for the post

Qualifying exam - Candidates must have passed a full-time 4 years bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering

Age Criteria - The maximum age limit for the General category candidates is 30 years. The minimum age allowed is 21 years. Relaxation to different category candidates as per Govt regulations. Relaxation in the age criteria will be available for reserved category applicants. 

Non-Objection Certificate - All candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings are required to produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer during the interview if they are shortlisted.

Selection Procedure:

  • The candidates, who will meet eligibility criteria prescribed by the authority, appeared/qualified the GATE 2025 examination, and registered with DDA for recruitment, will be shortlisted for interview based on their GATE 2025 score.
  • The weightage of GATE score will be 85% and the interview will be 15%
  • The period of probation for the selected candidates will be of two years in house training regarding departmental procedures etc.
  • Probation of the candidate will be confirmed after completing/passing the departmental examination prescribed by DDA.

DDA Recruitment through GATE 2025 – Application Form

  • The application form of DDA recruitment through GATE will be available online on the official website. No other mode of application will be available.
  • To apply for the post, candidates must visit the DDA home page – Jobs – Direct Recruitment 2025. Candidates must provide correct information while filling out the application form. 

Specifications for Photograph and Signature

Photograph

The photograph must be a recent passport-size colour picture.

Maximum size should be 100 kb

Signature

The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black or Blue Ink pen.

Maximum size of the file should be 100kb

  • After submitting the application form, candidates must take a printout of the application and keep it safe for future reference.
  • Candidates are not required to send their hard copies through post, courier, or by hand to the officials.
  • The application form will be required during the verification and interview round.

Mode of application fee payment

  • Application Fee will be of Rs 500 for all categories (Gen/OBC-NCL/SC/ST) of posts. Candidates have to bear the transaction charges of the bank, taxes, as applicable
  • All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Persons with Disabilities are exempted from paying application fee as per extant Government orders.
  • Online fee payment through Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Card etc. (as provided in the Online DDA recruitment application) will only be accepted.
  • Fees paid by modes other than through online mode will not be accepted and the applications of such candidates will be rejected forthright and the payment made shall stand forfeited.

DDA 2025 recruitment through GATE – Document Verification

For the Interview candidates will require certain documents. In case a candidate does not appear for the interview or for verification of documents/identity along with original documents, then they will not be eligible for appointment for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical).

  • System generated printout of DDA 2025 recruitment application with scanned photograph and signature
  • Fee payment challan in support of depositing the prescribed fee, if applicable
  • Certificate/ Marksheet of Secondary school exam in which date of birth of the candidate is mentioned
  • Certificates and Degrees of all educational and professional/higher qualification, along with with mark sheets of all years/semesters
  • Certificate of SC/ST /OBC issued by the concerned Competent Authority (if applicable)
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should not be more than one year-old
  • Disability Certificate ( with type & percentage of disability) issued by the concerned competent authority as per specimen attached
  • Identity proof such as Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License etc.

All other documents, as per details given in the advertisement and/or call letter.
