JEE Main 2017 cut-off for the year 2017 is expected to be high this year. Get more details on Shiksha.

JEE Main 2017 cut-off is expected to be high this year. According to Ramesh Batlish, FIITJEE expert, the cut off for CML (Common Merit List) this year will be around 115. In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, the cut-off was 113,115,105,100 respectively.

The official and final cut off will be by CBSE only by the end of April 2017, before the commencement of JEE Advanced 2017.

Admission through centralised allocation process in NITs / IIITs / DTU / CFTIs for over 24000 seats in undergraduate courses will be according to merit list based on marks in JEE Main examination, however the candidate must be in top twenty percentile of respective board or should score minimum 75 % marks in his/her board examination .Further a total of 9 states (Haryana, Uttarakhand, Nagaland, Gujarat, M.R., M.P., Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan) will also accept JEE Main ranks to fill seats through their own seat allocation process.
