What does the KCET 2025 Branch Preference Poll indicate?

The overwhelming preference for CSE and AI-ML reflects the growing influence of tech-driven careers.  As digital transformation accelerates across sectors, skills in programming, machine learning, and data analysis are becoming essential. These fields offer opportunities in software development, fintech, healthcare, robotics, and more.

The global shift toward automation, smart systems, cybersecurity protection, and data-driven decision-making makes these branches future-proof. Additionally, exposure to innovation, startups, and global tech roles drives students to prefer these streams over traditional engineering branches with limited placement or outdated industrial demand.
