KEAM 2024 Option Registration: CEE has extended the KEAM round 3 counselling option registration till August 30. Based on the options exercised in round 3, KEAM 2024 phase 3 allotment will be done. Candidates should register all available options of courses in which they wish to get admission. For KEAM option registration, candidates have to access KEAM candidate login on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Then they need to login with the KEAM application number and password. Under the login, the KEAM option registration facility will be active as per the schedule.
The KEAM Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) is a complete online Single Window System (SWS) to give allotments to the various courses and colleges under the Engineering / Architecture / Pharmacy / Medical streams in the state, based on the options submitted by the candidates. KEAM 2025 application form has been released on February 20. The last date to apply is March 10. The process to apply for KEAM is, first, to complete the KEAM 2025 registration by providing the basic details and creating an application number and password to login at various stages of admission. Next, candidates had to complete the fill the online application form. In the next step, candidates need to pay the online application fee as applicable with the available mode of payment. Thereafter, the candidates had to upload scanned images and certificates. Finally, as the final step of the application process, candidates had to print the submitted online form and keep it safe with them.

How to pay the option registration fee: Registration Fees can be remitted at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. The list of Post Offices is available on the website.

It is better to submit income certificate by all candidates except SC/ST. Those candidate (including General Category) who wish to avail the benefits such as fee concession/scholarships that may be notified by the Government or college authorities subsequently, based on annual family income, should furnish the Income Certificate along with the KEAM application itself. No further chance will be allowed to submit Income Certificate.
Candidates who have submitted online applications for KEAM can correct their Photo, Signature and Name online at KEAM official website by logging in using their KEAM Application Number and Password. Those candidates, who have any defects in their Photo, and Signature can view the defects by clicking the menu item Memo details provided on the profile page. Candidates can rectify the defects in their Photo and Signature by uploading the correct Photo/Signature. Candidates who have defects in their Name can inform the matter through e-mail before the deadline. To correct defects in the form Visit the official website of KEAM and Click on 'KEAM - Online Application'. Go to KEAM candidate login, and enter the application number, password, and captcha code. Now make the changes wherever necessary and submit the changes. Take a printout of the application form after correction.
A list of Course-College combinations available for allotments through the KEAM CAP will be displayed on the Option Registration page of the candidate based on the stream (s) the candidate is eligible for. For example, a candidate included only in the Engineering stream will see the Engineering courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- AE - Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, EC - Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.). Similarly, a candidate in the Medical Stream will see the Medical courses together with the corresponding two-letter codes (Eg:- MM-MBBS, MD-BDS, BA-BAMS etc.). A candidate eligible for both Engineering and Medical streams will see both Engineering and Medical courses. All the Colleges under the stream (s) applicable to the candidate will be shown with their respective three-letter codes (Eg:- TVE-College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, TVM-Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram etc.).

How to Complete KEAM 2024 Option Registration?
The KEAM 2024 option registration facility will be available under the KEAM 2024 candidate portal. The steps to complete KEAM option registration are as follows:
Step 1: Login into the KEAM candidate portal 2024 using your KEAM application number and password.
Step 2: Once logged in, candidates can check the link for option registration, click the same.
Step 3: Check the available options of colleges and courses for your quota. Candidates can use three filters to check the available options as per their KEAM rank, and they are:
- Course
- Type of institution: Government/government aided, Government cost sharing/controlled colleges, Private self-financing
- Quota
Once the above filters are applied, the list of colleges will be displayed.
Step 4: Now select the college from the available list of colleges. Candidates must select as many options as possible. The options selected must be arranged in order of preference. Arrange the selected options in order of preference. Save the option list.
Step 5: Once you are happy with the registered option and the order of preference, print the list. The KEAM option registration list must be printed and kept safe for the future reference of the candidates. It must not be sent to CEE.
| Candidates who do not have internet facility: Candidates who do not have access to Internet facility can use the facility provided free of cost, by the Government at various centres across the state. ‘Facilitation Centres’ (FC) will be opened across the state during a specified period for the candidates who need assistance for registering their options. The list of FCs will be published in the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The Facilitation Centres will be functioning only during the option registration period. |
Note: Candidates can rearrange and print their options as many times as they want before the deadline. After the KEAM option registration deadline is over, candidates will not be able to change the options and print the list.
KEAM Allotment 2024
KEAM 2024 seat allotment result releases for all phases of the counselling process. The seat allotment result is released first in a provisional manner and then in a final manner. Candidates who get allotment shall have to pay the fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as shown in the allotment memo through online payment or Head Post Office. Those candidates who do not pay the fees on or before the date prescribed for the same will lose their allotment as well as all the existing options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. The options once lost will not be available in the subsequent phases.
KEAM allotment result is also released under the respective logins of the candidates. To check the KEAM 2024 seat allotment result, they have to login using their KEAM application number and password. The KEAM allotment result will have details like Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc.
