According to him, due to the change in three Laws in the year 2023, there was a slight change in understanding the section; however, the topics asked were easy. He faced a little problem while interpreting the questions from the Indian Evidence Act (now Bhartiya Sakshaya Adhiniyam, 2023). He desires that AIBE exam should be held in open book format.

Another candidates, Ravinder Sharma has told Shiksha that the level of exam was moderate. He appeared in Hindi language. The questions were a little tough to crack.

Nitish, who appeared for the AIBE 20 (XX) exam also found the test as moderate. And he was able to attempt the paper within time. He is a practicing lawyer and connected the questions asked in exam with his court work. As per him, AIBE exam should be held as open book, but many questions are not asked from the book.

Another AIBE candidate, Bhanshu rated the exam as moderate. As per him, many questions were asked from Income Tax and Intellectual Property Law. There was a question on MC Mehta judgement. The difficulty level of the exam was from moderate to hard. The questions were asked from the Indian Constitution, BNSS, etc. He found 1-2 questions doubtful.

Based on recent CLAT analyses, the English Language and General Knowledge & Current Affairs sections were rated as the easiest. English is more about reading comprehension with direct questions. GK is highly scoring for those with consistent, up-to-date daily news preparation.
