AP ICET Shift Timings 2026: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced the AP ICET 2026 shift timings.  Candidates need to know the AP ICET shift timings to appear for the exam. AP ICET 2026 exam was held on May 02, 2026. The exam will be administered in computer-based test mode in two shifts. AP ICET 2026 was held for a duration of 2.5 hours or 150 minutes. APSCHE has released the AP ICET 2026 hall tickets. Candidates can now check the alloted AP ICET shift timing 2026.

Q:   What is Andhra Pradesh ICET for?

The Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test also known as Andhra Pradesh ICET is conducted for admission to PG courses- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters Computer Applications (MCA). Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuram on behalf of APSCHE conducts the exam in offline mode. Andhra Pradesh ICET exam is conducted once in a year. Hence, candidates must stay updated with the important dates and notifications to appear for the exam.

Q:   When is the APICET exam conducted?
A: 

The AP ICET 2027 exam date will be announced with release of official notification. The exam is expected to be held in first week of May 2027 in two slots. The exam will be held in offline mode across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates will have an option to enter maximum four exam center preferences while filling the AP ICET 2027 application form. Based on the options entered, candidates will be alloted the exam centre as per the availability. Candidates will be able to check the alloted APICET exam centre on release of the AP ICET admit card.

Q:   What is the exam time for APICET?
A: 

Andhra Pradesh ICET exam 2027 will be held tentatively in first week of May 2027. The first session will be held in morning from 9 AM to 11.30 AM, and the second session will be conducted in forenoon from 2.30 PM pm to 5 PM. Candidates who will register for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam will be notified about the exam time on release of the Andhra Pradesh ICET admit card. Candidates have to report at the allotted AP ICET exam centre one hour prior to the given examination time. No request for change in examination centre, exam date and time will be entertained once the admit card is issued.

Q:   What are items prohibited in APICET exam centre?

Candidates appearing for the APICET 2026 exam will be not allowed to carry following items:

  1. Stationary items like pencil box, pen, pencil pouch, etc. 
  2. Electronic items- smartwatches, earplugs, headphones, mobile phones and similar items.
  3. Fashion jewellery- chains, rings, bracelets and similar items.
  4. fruits, packaged items, chocolates and so forth.

AP ICET Reporting Time 2026

Reporting at allotted AP ICET exam centre 2026 is more important than just knowing the shift timings. Candidates are required to complete the frisking process to appear for the exam. AP ICET admit card 2026 will mention the reporting time for candidates. Test-takers must make sure to adhere to the given instructions to conduct the exam process smoothly. AP ICET 2026 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates appearing for the AP ICET 2026 exam must follow all exam day instructions carefully to avoid any last-minute issues at the test centre.

  • Candidates should carefully check all details printed on the AP ICET Hall Ticket 2026. If there is any error or discrepancy, they must immediately contact the AP ICET 2026 Convenor.
  • The AP ICET admit card 2026 is a mandatory document and must be shown at the entry gate of the exam centre.
  • Entry to the exam hall will be allowed only after verification of the candidate’s credentials.
  • Candidates must carry any one valid photo ID proof for identity verification along with the hall ticket.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre after the gate closes at the prescribed reporting time.
  • The verification process at the AP ICET exam centre includes biometric attendance such as photograph capture and left thumb impression. Candidates should avoid applying mehendi or ink on hands or feet.
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry prohibited items such as calculators, watches, mobile phones, pagers, or large spectacles inside the exam centre.
