No, it is not mandatory to solve all questions as per the FMGE exam pattern. There is no negative marking in the examination; therefore, candidates can solve as many questions as possible without having to worry about the negative marking. FMGE 2024 Question Paper Analysis

Exam Difficulty Level
Anatomy: The questions were mainly straightforward. It focused on important concepts and structures.

NBE released FMGE exam pattern along with official information brochure. A total of 300 questions will be asked in exam. Question paper will be divided into two parts, 150 questions each. Questions will be multiple choice. Students will get 2.5 hours to solve each part.
