INI CET 2025 Seat Allocation/ Allotment Process

INI CET seat allocation process comprises many rounds of counselling, the release of seat allotment list, and reporting to the allotted college for document verification. INI CET seat allocation is one of the important parts of the whole admission process in the PG courses at 23 participating institutes of National Importance. INI CET seat allocation process comprises a series of steps, starting with the release of merit list followed by various rounds of counselling, result announcement, and finally reporting to the particular college. Only those candidates who qualify INI CET exam, scoring minimum qualifying marks become a part of the seat allotment process for INI CET exam. AIIMS completed total 4 rounds of INI CET counselling 2025 online.

INI CET 2025 Seat Allocation Dates

INI CET July 2025 Seat allocation process

AIIMS will conduct INI CET 2025 counselling for seat allocation. There will be four rounds of counselling including INI CET 2025 mock round. The mock round will be followed by the first, second and open round. INI CET 2025 counselling will begin with the mock round where candidates get to know about the seat allotment process. Only those candidates who will register on the official website of AIIMS will be able to participate in the counselling process. Candidates will have to fill personal, academic, internship and other details as part of the registration. After registration, they need to declare the choice of colleges and specialities for INI CET 2025 counselling. Candidates can edit the choices within the given timeframe. On the basis of choice filled, availability of seats in colleges, reservation criteria and other factors, INI CET 2025 seat allotment process will be carried out.

INI CET Seat Allotment Result 2025

After every round of counselling, INI CET seat allotment result will be released. The seat allotment result for INI CET 2025 exam will be released in the form of merit list mentioning the candidate’s roll number, overall rank, subject, allotted institute, and category. There will be a separate merit list for every round. AIIMS will release seat allotment result after every round of counselling. Those who will be allotted seats have to exercise the options regarding choosing the allocated seat. Candidates will have to provide acceptance of the allotted seat.

What After INI CET Seat Allotment Result

Those who make it to the seat allotment list of INI CET will have to declare whether they want to accept or decline the allotted seat. Through login id and password generated during registration, they will have to declare their choice. Out of these select one option:

Option 1: Seat can be accepted and declared that they are not participating in the further round of counselling.
Option 2: They can participate in the next round despite accepting the seat.
Option 3: Candidate will not accept the allocated seat to him/her and he/she would like to participate for the next round of INI CET counselling 2025.
Option 4: Candidate will refuse the seat allocated to him/her and declare that he/she won’t participate in the next round of counselling for INI CET 2025.

INI CET Seat Allotment: Reporting To Allotted Colleges

Those who accepts the seat, should go for the document verification at the allotted institute. It is mandatory to visit the college by the deadline else the student might lose the seat. Also, they will not be able to participate in the next round of counselling. Such students will be able to participate in the open round. Candidates need to carry both original and self-attested copies of documents including allotment letter, registration slip, INI CET 2025 admit card, MBBS/ BDS degree certificate to the reporting institute for final admission.
