The TG PGLCET 2026 Registrations started from February 10, 2026. Candidates who want to apply for the entrance test have to fill out the application form before April 1, 2026. The TG PGLCET 2026 Application Process is entirely online available at lawcet.tgche.ac.in. The TGCHE already released the TG PGLCET 2026 Exam Date via a notification. The TS PGLCET 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 18, 2026.

The TS PGLCET entrance test is conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education for admissions to the LLM (Master of Laws) course offered in the Colleges of Law, Telangana. It is a state-level exam, held online as a computer-based test.

What is TS PGLCET?

TG PGLCET or Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad. The exam is conducted to offer admission to LLM courses offered by State Universities in Telangana State, including their affiliated colleges.

The TS PGLCET Application Process started from Feb 10, 2026. Candidates can fill out the application form till April 1, 2026. Follow the method given below to fill TS PGLCET 2026 Application Form.

  • Go to the website - lawcet.tsche.ac.in.
  • Click on Application Fee Payment to pay the fee as per the respective category. 
  • After this, candidates have to fill the application form with academic details, upload documents, select test centres, and proceed to submit the application form.
  • Once all the steps are complete, candidates can submit and download the application form for future reference.

TS PGLCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the TG PGLCET 2026, candidates have to meet some eligibility criteria. The Telangana Council of Higher Education has mentioned the following TS PGLCET eligibility criteria for admission to the LLM course.

  • Candidates needed to be Indian nationals.
  • Candidates needed a bachelor's degree in law, either a three-year LLB degree or a five-year integrated LLB degree.
  • The candidates appearing for the final year examination are also eligible to apply for TG PGLCET; however, they should provide proof of qualification at the time of admission.
  • Candidates who were seeking admission for the LM degree (Private Appearance) at Osmania University required experience of at least 3-years as a judicial officer or as an advocate on the date of appearing for the TG PGLCET exam.
  • Moreover, candidates were also required to satisfy the local/ unreserved status criteria as mentioned by Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974.

The TG PGLCET Admit card will be issued to the candidates who will register for the exam. The TS LAWCET hall ticket has the following details, such as Exam date, time, centre address, and important instructions mentioned on it. Follow the process given below to download the hall ticket.

  • Visit lawcet.tgche.ac.in.
  • Click on the admit card download link/ tab.
  • The candidate will be redirected to a login window.
  • Enter the following details:
    • Registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Qualifying exam hall ticket number
  • On successful login, the admit card will be displayed in a downloadable pdf format.
  • The hall ticket should be printed on A4-sized paper with clear details.

The candidates will have to carry a valid identity proof, such as PAN card/Driving Licence/Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ E-Aadhaar/ Ration Card/Aadhaar Enrolment Number. Candidates can carry a passport-size photograph for affixing on the admit card if needed.

The TS PGLCET 2026 Result will be available to be accessed on the official TGCHE website. To check the TG PGLCET Result, candidates have to enter their hall ticket number and date of birth. Candidates will be able to check the TS PGLCET Scorecard 2026 in the following manner.

  • Go to the website - lawcet.tgche.ac.in
  • Click on "Download Rank Card". 
  • Now, submit the TS PGLCET hall ticket number (admit card/roll number) and date of birth. 
  • Access the "View Scorecard" option. 
  • Your scorecard will open in a new tab. You can save it as pdf for future reference.
